Food was soggy, and we were asked if we would take original rather than extra crispy because they didn't want to cook more fresh. When we went to leave the doors were locked...literally 5 minutes after they closed lobby. We were instructed to use a door on another side of the restaurant than where we parked. We did get the LD on what all they had broken down and cleaned early so they just had to mop and they would all get to leave early. Nice that procedure gets overlooked to get to leave early! Won't be back.
Won't eat there if they paid me after the customer service I experienced.
doing doordash i went to get an order for a customer when I got there and asked about the order i was told by the manager that it would be 30 minute's when I questioned why it was going take that long was yelled at by the manager that there were 5 people ahead of me now mind you the order was a side of macaroni and cheese 1 biscuit and a package of honey sauce and that we had gotten the order 10 minutes before we got to the store. when I responded what the order was and asked why it would take so long was told to leave and they would wouldn't let the order out until another driver came to get it. Never have i experienced such disorganization and disrespect and by the way there was only one other person in the store and 2 car's in the drive thru
6/27/22Ordered 8 pcs Tender Meal, Mashed Potatoes White gravy and Mac n Cheese.Received 8 what looked like nuggets NOT tenders, mashed potatoes BROWN gravy and coleslaw.1 car ahead of me and no cars at the time of my order behind me, after waiting 10 minutes for my food as they had me pull forward to wait for fresh tenders there were 3 cars behind me.
Was greeted by a very nice young man who kindly explained what they didn't have available at the time and offered adequate replacements. Drive thru was fast. Menu was straightforward and ordering was a breeze. Well packed meal with all of the extras like butter, honest napkins and forks without asking. Everything was fresh, no hard dry meat you can tell stayed under warmer too long.Was very happy with this KFC, the young man at the drive thru was really very well mannered, kind, and that doesn't happen often when your at a busy turnpike exit.:)
Poor customer service out products cold heated food over priced meals
Food is always good and the staff is always friendly but the facilities themselves could use some refreshing. The bushes are over growing the drive thru area and the inside doesn't appear to have had anything done in years.

The food was great and fresh. The workers were very nice and helpful. But the restrooms were not clean at all, there was pee on the toilet seat and the big light in the dining room area was gross and had dirt inside it right over top the table where u eat.
Chicken was ok, kind of over cooked. Prices have definitely increased quite a bit. Staff was friendly though so there is a at least a plus to it
