We were there during lunch hour, so I understand being busy. My husband got his food about 10 min before so I had to go wait and ask about my food to be replied with a very rude response. Followed by the lady in the kitchen cussing "can't they see that they are getting our [email protected]#$ing a$$es handed to us?" Then my food was not the best when it did come out. Mostly more upset about the customer service.
Service was phenomenal. Drink was over filling but the crew made sure I had enough napkins in case it spilled over. They were energetic and made the drive thru experience great.
Went during lunch for a chicken sandwich. No chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders available. Was going to order a 3 piece instead but only had extra crispy. Manager was unwilling to upsize one of the thighs to a breast even after being inconvenienced by not have sandwiches, tenders and original recipe chicken. I left. Never even offered an apology for multiple menu items available. Terrible customer service
Came through the drive thru where we had three different people speak on the headset, all of whom asked us to wait to take our order and asked us to repeat it multiple times. The lady who ended up taking our order, finally, was very rude and sighed at us as we finished our order.
Went thru drive through and was told there was a 25 minute wait on chicken. Came back 25 minutes later and was told the same thing again. Waiting an hour is unacceptable for an industry like this.Made 2 separate trips for no results.
Went to kfc to get the bowl. Chicken was torn up and soggy. The corn looked really old, as if it's been sitting for days. This is the 5th time, I rarely get to enjoy the food I pay for at this store...I'm done with this kfc.
There was 2 people inside eating. I went inside and ordered. Both orders were wrong. I ordered 2 brest, mashed white gravy and 8 piece tenders and mashed. I called to let them know 15mins after I left and got home. They acted like I was trying to beat them out of food. I had all the food to return they would not take it or replace it. Sad Service
Drive thru visit. Quick and easy order process. Food was ready in a timely fashion. Good staff
I dont normally write bad reviews. But I have been to thus place now 3-4 times and they are out of chicken... or there is a 20 min wait in the drive threw. Seems like management is to blame and the franchisee should consider firing that person.
The manager was so friendly, and caring and understanding even though she was exhausted and over worked. The entire crew looked like they had been working doubles for days, yet they were all very nice and friendly. Hest experience I've ever had at KFC!
