My first time actually going to Jimmy John's and was quite impressed. I'm doing a keto style diet so I got a lettuce wrapped BLT. Sandwich was great and yes it was freaky fast. ? Will definitely be going back.
My favorite go to cheat day. So frustrating when they don't put the extra on. I'm just going to have to ask for the packets
My husband and I have recently started going 1-2x a week to Jimmy's. Now I usually order online but for some reason the last 3x I've had major problems with it as well as paying for extra avocado spread and barely getting the ez version. ? plus extra mayo same thing not much on it. They are fast and very friendly and the sandwiches are oh so yummy but I just wish I could get what I'm paying for at least. That's all I'm asking for oh and my app to stop being so difficult to navigate sense it updated. ?

I got a sandwich on the wheat bread that was amazing and pickle so big I could have made a meal out of just it!
Customer service sucked today literally said nothing to me the entire time I was there and ragdolled my sandwiches. That was weird.
One of the best location in town! Shout out to the amazing staff and super friendly crew! Plus the Manger on duty is super cute and super sweet! Definitely will go back to this one
As someone who hates mayonnaise, tomato, and lettuce I always specify that I don't want in on my sandwich. Considering you can't remove mayonnaise from a sandwich, I was pretty peeved off when I got all the way home and had to throw my whole sandwich away. I guess it's my fault because I didn't double check, but either way I wasted $16.
Had a last minute order on 4/25 around 10pm and they were able to get 90 sandwiches ready for the next day. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Literally saved the day and it was delicious! Our new to go place for our business events catering! ?
Very hectic and chaotic. No one really seemed to know what was going on. We didn't receive a receipt or order number so we're not sure when our order was called. When it finally came out they just placed all four on the counter without a bag even though we said it was to go.
