Cookies are very good however they just added a bagging fee with every purchase. I will miss the cookies but won't be returning.
My cheesecake was solid hard as a rock. Inedible and the cake pop was horrible in flavor. I kindly asked to exchange and they said I had to buy another cake pop since I bit into it. Clearly HORRIBLE customer service!!
we ordered "race car" cookies for our sons 3rd birthday. talk about disappointment. cars had no resemblance to race cars, poor cut out from the cutter, frosting was a complete mess on most of them and not to mention they looked like footballs. oh yeah, you see that correctly, they put "-1" on 2/3 of the cookies.... and the cars decorated look like regular traffic. for 90 dollars and the reviews we've seen, I expected WAY more than what we received today. I'm honestly at a loss that someone at this bakery looked at this final product and decided this was acceptable and to have them go out. it's so terrible, that I didn't bother going back to the store to return, exchange or possibly get a refund. I went to Sam's and bought cookies and cupcakes instead. if you're looking for artistic talent, creative decorating or thoughtfulness of their product... you're better off going someplace else.
