My waitress Jamie looked to be the most efficient and put together. I had given up on the cleanliness and professionalism here a long time ago. Thank you for getting rid of Tammy I can't wait to see what Jamie can do. Thank you Jamie for giving me such great service
IHOP at 8am or late night is always a necessary pleasantry. This time I needed to get a protein boost via bacon and eggs while I conducted some work at the table. Notebooks and electronics didn't discourage my server. I hardly looked up from my paperwork as she kept my coffee cup full and asking if I needed anything else. Very pleasant, easy going experience. Clean, friendly, and good quality food.
Dang good place to go eat! No Matter the time. I've gone at 2am before and the service was still very quick. Food came fast to the table and the waitresses were very attentive
We have a family of 8. To be honest the drive for breakfast was hard today. No one could agree on what to have. We always eat IHOP it's always great but we just couldn't agree on a place. We pulled over and I told my kids we were going to be silent and I would pick. I picked the usual IHOP. We weren't all happy but it's what we were getting. The wait for s table was 10 minutes. The wait for our food also 45 minutes. The waitress was kind and patient with my kids. Our oldest daughters food didn't get put in the system. We were a little irked but I am a partner in a restaurant chain. I understand things happen. Our waitress is a cheerleader at school and was tasked to do one Random Act of Kindness. She paid for our entire meal out of her pocket except one meal as her act. It completely changed my entire attitude of being frustrated with how the day was going. I left one of the top 5 biggest tips I have ever left. She didn't ask for it but neither did I ask for her kindness. Thanks again and happy sunday.
If I could give less I would! I had been going there since it opened. I have sever allergies, and they have never had a problem with accomodations before. Actually they have always gone above and beyond, and it was always a "well you're not the only one with allergies". Today I was informed that they cannot accommodate allergies and all their pans are all ready completely coated with oil and they don't have time to clean it. We were the only ones in there! It was 5:30 and not another person was in there!We never have a problem waiting. And it wouldn't have been a problem to wait a little longer for our food.. but it was too much of an inconvenience.
Our waitress was very friendly, kept coming to check on us for refills. Patient with my child, who wanted to place her own order. The food was amazing and very delicious!!
Had supper this evening at IHOP in Haysville, Ks. Two of us ordered the chicken finger meal which was supposed to come with garlic roll. Roll didn't come. No explanation so I asked & was told they were out so I asked about a regular dinner roll & they didn't have that either so they offered toast. Then they charged us $2.99 each for our toast!! The side salad was full of wilted & even slimy lettuce! I couldn't even take a bite!! One of the staff, a tall thin woman with a ring in her pierced lip, was wearing a red IHOP shirt that was not only obviously dirty but was so wrinkled that I assumed she'd slept in it for a couple of weeks. Very unprofessional!! I've never had a bad experience with IHOP before so was very surprised & disappointed. We had already tried to get into two restaurants this evening & both had long waits to be seated & IHOP was nearby. There was 3 cars in their parking lot. It's no wonder they weren't busy. The service & food we experienced this evening explained the absence of customers. Guess that should have been a clue!!
We went to the one on the Turnpike and almost always have employees who have no experience or don't seem to care. Although not busy, we waited for table, and took several trips for server to get us all our food and beverage-told us they had staff show up late. Probably 6 staff in dining room, yet just standing around and talking and mulling around. For prices, not a winner, though some food is pretty decent. I was generous with rating (felt like a 2) due to I can feel for those who were honestly working to keep doors open.
Food was amazing, which is why I’m giving it a two instead of a one. Waitress on the other hand was horrible. As soon as I sat down she had an attitude asking what I wanted to drink. Ordered our food and went well. Ordered some appetizers and entrees. Expected our appetizers to come out first but our entrees did. Didn’t really care but we were still expecting out appetizers. We asked her TWICE and she never brought them out. She never once came and checked on us asking if we needed anything. We needed napkins due to a spill, we saw her walk by and asked her and she said I’ll bring the ticket right over. Never once asked for the ticket. Couldn’t even enjoy our food because we felt rushed that she had said that. Went to the front and talked to a manager about the appetizers. Manager was sweet and said she had never rang them up but she asked if we still wanted them to go. We declined and decided to just pay and leave. We left a tip but it was not deserved at all.
