The overall quality of the business was very pleasant to us. The tips for her kindness was well worth me and my dad's sunday chill and breakfast. Although the 7:00am traffic lead to 10 AM rush hour. I was glad to have a chance to see the town and live a little. Food and coffee are important in a morning environment. I HOP I recommend you.
This was the best Ihop we have been to in years! It was fast and friendly! They even have crapes! The meal was wonderful!!
Quality and taste at its best. Though P in IHOP means pancake but pancake of Spangles tastes better than IHOP, quantity is more in IHOP. We tried drinks too and they are awesome
We placed a to go order at 8AM…didn’t receive the order until 9AM. Pancakes were runny inside and full order wasn’t prepared as ordered. The food we did receive was cold.
My fiancé and I visited late at night (to satisfy a pancake craving) and we were met with a smile from Ashley and given EXCELLENT customer service. She took care of us the entire time and ALWAYS did so with a bright smile and was extremely personable giving compliments! GREAT job coming from someone who trains employees!
Well, we dined for breakfast Easter morning and although it's IHop and we automatically assumed the worst- our service was actually pretty good. the food was lukewarm but the attentive service we got was great. our server was Shelby and she was fantastic. She engaged with us, made sure we had what we needed and included drinks to go. She is super friendly and definitely helpful. Very positive attitude I'm pretty sure the restaurant needs after reading the reviews.
I haven’t even sat down to eat yet, but the customer service I received and witnessed coming from the host, Jaycee, was above and beyond. It’s a busy Sunday morning and people are busting through the doors. Jaycee took the time to ask if everyone had been helped as she attempted to navigate seating as quickly as possible. She was friendly and kind. If everyone here makes the same effort as her to satisfy the customer, I have no doubt the rest of my experience here will be a great one! Thanks, Jaycee, for helping make this a great start to my day!
This place is filthy! And they employees are yelling at each other. Tables full of dirty dishes an nothing is wiped down! We will never be back to this establishment. Unless your gonna hold your staff accountable for their hygiene and your establishment being clean you need to shut it down!! The vents in the ceiling are covered in dust and cakes with dirt! Poor poor place to come
Alonzo was our waiter, and he was awesome. We went in at 5am and he must've just got in because the place was a mess. He was working very hard at cleaning up tables and serving everyone, and remained very professional. He wasn't complaining and he had a good attitude. He stood out so much to us that we wanted to honor his work ethic that you just don't see anymore. IHOP is IHOP, but when you have exceptional service from a young man like that, it makes you willing to go back.
Everything was good. My disappointment what I witnessed from where I was seated. I could see the expo lady, you know The person who reads out orders as they come in, and puts the finishing touches on the food before it's taken from the kitchen out to guest, taking food from one plate to another with her bare hands (no gloves) then picking her nose, touching various plates, flicking food from one plate to another with the same fingers she used to pick her nose without gloves, then wiping them on the side of her pants. That grossed me out. The service in itself was good, but the no GLOVES, and picking her nose and touch several plates without washing her hands in between seemed like a health food violation....
