The service was great and the host was friendly and funny. The food came out quickly and it was delicious.
Sat ahead of projected wait. Had to wait for decaf, but when it arrived 10-15 minutes later, we were told our food would be out shortly. 30 minutes later no food, but advised that our server walked out. Once the food came, shortly thereafter, service was exceptional. The pancakes and bacon were fresh.
Seated quickly! Staff was nice and pleasant. Food was good but a little on the cold side. Also they had NO creamer so that sucked, No flavored syrups, No powered sugar. Go to the store or order supplies better. Wasnt a terrible experience just wasnt the best.
I took my granddaughter for breakfast before school. I ordered her one pancake and a side order of two pieces of bacon. I ordered one French toast and got three, and a side order of bacon. I ate one of the French toast, I got the bacon and French toast to go.I took my granddaughter out to the car realized that I had forgot my to go carton, went back in to get it and she had already thrown it away. I have not even left the parking lot and they threw away my food I spent $21 for. My granddaughter ate one pancake and one piece of bacon and I ate one of the three French toast which I only wanted one but I received three. I am seriously annoyed that for $21 they didn’t wait five minutes for me to come back and get my leftovers.The one star is because I’m seriously annoyed that $15 of food basically got thrown away.
The food and service were fantastic! The owner is always friendly and attentive. We have always had a stellar experience at his restaurants.
We waited for 20 minutes to be seated and a lot of people came after us, they got seated before us we waited for 5 more minutes and we decided to leave after a two more couples arrive and seated right away, we don’t know what’s wrong with the guy in charge of the tables or because we were the only Hispanics at that time. We are very disappointed and never go to that location again and recommend people not to go and eat there.
Excelente food wonderful friendly service
This is seriously the most efficiently ran IHOP I have ever been to! After waiting at Homegrown for 35 min we decided to come here and were seated within 15 min. We were immediately acknowledged and greeted professionally and courteously by a manager in SUIT!! I had to stop and check to make sure we had entered an IHOP! A lot of young wait staff and the manager (in a suit) was on top of everything from his post! I love efficiency so it was so refreshing to sit and watch it all! Thank you, please don’t change!
Ordered food online to go, and got a poblano burrito. Got back home and started in on it, tasted great. 1/3rd of the way through the burrito, the only ingredients remaining were eggs and cheese. Not 1 piece of meat or single pepper. Called up to the store, and they suggested "next time open your burrito and spread the ingredients around." Uhhhh .... what?
I am gluten intolerant and my daughter wanted to go because she fancied crepes. The restaurant was clean and modern looking. We got a seat quickly. There is limited gluten free items. I ordered gluten free pancake combo meal asking for no cream or butter on top of pancakes. They asked how I wanted my two eggs done and I expressed fried. When I got the order the egg was purposely popped and more scrabbled than fried. There was butter on the pancakes. We had coffee they never came and refilled the cups. They never asked if I needed syrup. We were waiting 20 mins for the check. I am not a fan of IHOP but felt that due to asking for gluten free pancakes I had annoyed the staff.
