( The one star rating is on the staff) I came in with my son and we met with his brother and his step dad. We get up to order, we tried to get a chocolate long john and a cookie monster donut. The girl starts getting ready to get our order and a girl came rushing out of the back and grabbed the donut my son had just ordered and went back in the back of the store. Then the girl helping us just turns around and tells us oh I'm sorry we don't have anymore chocolate long John's??? All I could say is yeah you did you had two and that girl just came and took the ones we ordered.... All this girl could say is I'm sorry we are out now! I really don't care but it broke my sons heart. He turned around and said daddy can we go somewhere else? So Lamars got a sale on your VERY unprofessional staff Sunday morning.... Very disappointed!!!
Seems the customer service is consistently an issue.. Guessing the boss only cares about the money? Half of what I tried to order was "no longer something we make"... Then update the menu??? Duh. The girl wouldn't open the window more than halfway then tried to yell back and forth because she stood behind the glass.. Cause it was cold out? Idk? Grow up
I don't like being the one to do this but. The customer service is one of terrible experience, girls at the counters giving me and my Girlfriend attitude about getting 2 donuts and when I ask if I can get a donut shake none of the workers were able to make one for me or her. Just terrible go to Lamars if you want great service and actually good donuts.
Called on Friday morning and asked if we could order a half dozen of the holiday donut and pick up at 7. The male employee I spoke with was very nice and said no problem, explained the cost and took down my info confirming the order and even my name. Drove the 45 minute drive there to pick them up and was told they had no idea what I was talking about and told us they don't have a male employee I could have talked to. Insisted I didn't speak with anyone there. I showed them the call history and they verified it was their number and said they had to call manager and ask what to do. Eventually they decided to just make the order. Which seemed would have made the most sense to begin with.
Creative and delicious donuts! Certainly a level-up over a other donut places. The donuts can be a bit dry depending on what type you get, so I suggest something with a good amount of frosting. I recommend the Carmel cheesecake donut, my new favorite!
This was so close to a 5 star rating… the service was not on point. Our family visits this location a few times a year and we can tell you about 80% of the names for the donuts. The last two time we have been to this location the employees that helped us could not name any of them. It is important to know what you are serving to your customers, what if we had some kind of allergy and they would have no idea what was in the product!?I would have to give the donuts themselves a 5, the quality of their product is alway AMAZING!
Visited wichita to look at Christmas lights stopped off at QT to use restroom and get drinks. Pointed out the ambulances and told my girls about the donut shop. All the lights was on and was like they surely aren't open. Wife said don't know I'll look it up. Hey says their open I said cool call and double check. So she called and the girl that answered the phone said we will be open til 10. This is 9:40 literally back out of the stall at QT kids are all excited drive across parking lot. Pull around to window for what sounded like the same girl that was on the phone not even 5 min earlier say sorry we are closed. I understand it is Thanksgiving and all but to me this is just bad business.
I've been to other Hurts, and this one was a bit lacking. We came for breakfast around 8am on a Monday. There weren't very many donuts to choose from and no way to tell what the donuts were. No little signs with type, etc. The staff were very nice and the donuts I purchased were tasty, just not what we have seen from 2 other locations we have been to.
I went in looking for a verity of specialty donuts.Not only was the young lady who greeted me but also served me. She had an amazing, polite, and had a great work attitude!!!She was very knowledgeable about what she had to sale and thier prices. She worked with me on picking out what I thought my family would enjoy. She didn't raise the price.The items were fresh tasting and delicious.
whats the point of advertising being open 24/7 if nobodys gonna come take your order. theres a car here so i assume someone is inside and the open sign is on.
