Overall: The food quality is not bad but man is the service slow. They have many TVs to watch games so at least that kept us entertained. I wouldn't come back here unless the cost to portion size to quality is improved. And did I mention slow kitchen? 3 out of 5.Service: We came in during lunch when there was no one there. We ended up waiting over 40mins for our food once ordered. Our waiter was trying his best to communicate the kitchen's slowness. They were really under-staffed. 3 out 5Food: I only ate the Teriyaki Wings and onion rings. The flavor was good and wings were cooked without breading which is my preference. The rings were breaded and very crispy. 4 out 5.Drink: Water.The Bad: Very slow to get food. Cost to portion is too expensive.
Just ate dinner here. Simon was amazing, took care of us, dealt with our indecisive kid very well. The shrimp, Mexican corn, and the fried were to die for! Also loved their VooDoo bucket, which means a lot as I’m super picky with booze. Great experience and will for sure be back!
First time here and it was great! Our server was Destiny and she was on top of everything and checked in regularly. Food and drinks came out fast and everything tasted great!
Hurricane is extremely hit and miss. The food is pretty good everytime we've been there, but the service is always lacking. Whether it be drinks not getting refilled or not being taken care of in a tely manner, it's pretty rough. They do have great wings, but that's about the only thing that keeps me going back.
Service was slow. Didn't have Dr. Pepper but in a can. Only have bottle Bud. Beer. Wings seemed microwaved. By microwaved, we sat right by the kitchen door and you can here the microwave non stop. The hamburger we had was not warm and like rubber. Fries stale and cold. We have been here numerous times and hoping this experience gets better. We have had our last experience here. The four us will go elsewhere. I wouldn't care about prices if you fixed your issues. Listen to your customers and you'd have a full grill/bar.
Took almost an hour to receive our food. After getting our food, our waitress never stopped by the table until we told her we were ready for the check. Food was mediocre at best.
I have been here quite a few times over the years. Never really anything that impressed me with this place the drinks and the menu are nothing exciting all overpriced and the service is always terrible every visit. Have been with just 1 of us and as many as 12 of us and the same every time. Honestly I don't choose it anymore.I only come when meeting people and they have choose to meet here. Each time everyone is like the services is slow the food is blah and the drinks are not that good and far and few. Never impressed here. The tvs are extremely too loud. It is clean.
I’ve always liked to eat at the hurricane. Great atmosphere. Good food But tonite for dinner I found a string in my rice. The waitress did nothing about it. I probably will not be going back anytime Soon.
10/10. What a pleasant surprise! Our Server Brandi was incredible, we wanted for nothing. She was always 2 steps ahead. Her suggestions on point and even took the time to make our rambunctious 4yr old feel special. Coconut shrimp was delicious, as was everything else. Couldn’t find anything negative about our dining experience if we wanted. Will be back forsure! Brandi is far and away the most valuable asset this company has. It’s been a LONG time since we’ve experienced service of this caliber anywhere in Wichita.
I took my wife out for dinner here and was impressed. I had wings and even though they are pricey, THEY. ARE. GOOD! And they are bigger than other wing shops. 10 wingsand a plate of nachos was plenty for my wife and I. The Caribbean jerk seasoning was awesome.
