If you ever get a chance to swing by Wichita I highly recommend you try this place! Might be my favorite bbq place ever. I got the 2 meat dinner, ribs and pulled pork. The portions of meat were big, the ribs were fall off the bone tender and pulled pork was on point. I did the best I could but I had so much leftover. Love this place! When it comes to bbq, Kansas don’t mess around ?
This BBQ is awesome and I’m from Texas !!! The place is spotless even the outside of the business is clean. Usually the best BBQ places are the dirtiest but not in this case. Extremely fast service and a good $ value especially in this current market where McDonald’s charges $10 just for a burger.
This place is SO SO SO Yummy!! Was in the area for 3 days and ate here twice. Knocked it outta the park both times. Order was correct, portions were huge, food was piping hot and staff was super friendly both times.Tried the 3 meat dinner first stop - got ribs, brisket and pork. Ribs were fall of the bone with a great smoke ring on the edge. Pork and brisket were tender and not fatty.Got the 1 meat dinner the second time with the pork. Same as the first visit - super tender, juicy and not fatty.Mashed potatoes w/gravy and baked beans as sides both times. Potatoes seemed like actual mashed potatoes, not instant style. Baked beans were tasty with a bit of a smokey flavor but not overwhelming.Probably the best part of my trip.
If you’re American, chances are, you live BBQ. Stopped here, as I had been to one in Omaha, NE before. There are a handful of locations. They are based out of Kansas, but there are a couple in Nebraska, 1 in Iowa, and one in Arizona. About 16 locations total. As always, BBQ sounded good, so we stopped. Was hard to choose what to get. Not for any reason aside from it all looked and sounded good. We both opted to get a pulled pork sandwich with the curly fries. All of it was very good. The curly fries are not seasoned, like you may think from they way Hardee’s and Arby’s have their. They are a normal fry, cut in curly fashion, but a bit thicker than the former places mentioned. Sandwiches were good, & fries were good. The BBQ sauce… just 2 choices and I’ve had better at plenty of other places, but it did the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to give one of these locations a try. Much to choose from.
This place was amazing!! Service was definitely 5 star and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door.. the food was superb ? I had the pulled pork sandwich, hotlinks, ribs, and Mac and cheese and beans. Best barbecue I've had so far, by far! If you are ever in the area, you must stop here to try them out!! Highly recommend this place!
Quick, easy stop on our way through Wichita on I-35. The food was delicious and the service was quick and efficient! We used the drive-thru.Yummy barbecue sandwich. Definitely would go again if I'm in the area.
Usually the service and food are very good. In this case they did not listen or complete our order as requested. Got a loaded baked potato if you can call it that requested and paid for extra chives when we got home. The potato had hardly any meat on it, very little cheese, no butter, no sour cream and no extra chives. They also forgot our barbeque sauce I hope they fix this problem because they are usually on top of it.

Always enjoy food from Hog Wild. I have tried the pulled pork and the brisket so far. Can't wait to try more! The portions are so big I always get 2 meals out of it. I order extra bread for the second night.
Always great! The ribs here are my favorite ? I had a pick 2 meat combo, my son had a pick 3 meat combo, and my daughter had a huge baked potato with pulled pork.. each of us had 2 meals of it, so much food!!
