We sat there for a solid 20 minutes and no one came by with menus or took our order until a self described maintenance guy took our order because he was just helping out. We asked if we sat ourselves and the one overwhelmed waitress said yes so not sure how we slipped the net although I didn't see anyone else getting an order taken.
We chose this place because it was close to our hotel. My mom and I both ordered the pizza , worse pizza we ever ate. The crust was horrible, we could barely chew it. The Dr Pepper tasted like the equipment was cleaned with heavy bleach ...The waitress Abby was very polite, and apologized for the food quality... A lady across from us was hacking and coughing the whole time at her table which made this an unpleasant experience
Daily Breakfast was delicious and affordable. The service from our waitress Janae was absolutely outstanding.Highly recommended
We went after an event in the ballroom. We waited for over an hour for our food. The rest of our group all received there food except one other, then I was told they forgot to make my dish with the gluten free pasta so they were remaking it. Also my husband didn't get his dinner either. After being there an hour and a half we left. Found out the other that was waiting for a burger finally got hers 20 minutes after we left. We won't be back to this restaurant.
Had to go back into the kitchen to find someone to seat us. The Chicago style pizza was kind of shallow but it WAS delicious. Couldn't get anyone to refill my drink. Probably won't go back.
Only had breakfast. Food was good. Service Good. Price very fair. Get a big discount if your a Holiday Inn rewards member.
Covid protocol with masks and hand sanitizer. The service by Jolene was great. The Pasta with shrimp and lobster with garlic vermouth sauce awesome. My husband's penne chicken 3 cheese yummy. Our wine and bourbon over ice spot on. The trifecta is we did not have to leave the Holiday Inn. Oh and breakfast the next morning was good.
Breakfast buffet was average. Good crispy bacon and sausage cooked done. Came late so can't complain about lack of fresh and full containers. I could tell that all items where well stocked in beginning. There was a lack of vegetarian options on open menu, especially for a picky eater. Otherwise, nice restaurant.
Food was good and it was convenient as it’s attached to our hotel. Drinks were very high though. Four drinks were $44. Was not expecting that. But the service and food were on point. Good place if your close.
Jalisa is awesome! She is the reason we come back. Love her personality!! I offered her a job on Arizona But she says dedicated to Green Mill.
