The food here is very good but the service is not. The waiter has pink hair, she always ignores us. We try to get her attention. She saw but ignored us. She had a nasty attitude towards all of us. We've come here many times and it's always the same. Even so, there were other friendly staff who arrived. After all, I hope you can improve the service.
Smells good, but... It was a busy night, but not so busy there was a wait. We were seated as soon as we arrived. Drinks came pretty quickly but we waited for a while before we were asked for our order. An appetizer was also ordered. Salads came out almost immediately and then it happened. Our server never came back to the table except whenn asked as she passed by, once for a dri k refill and once to tell we just wanted, everything to go because we had waited almost an hour after our order with no food, not even the appetizer. Another server actually noticed our empty glasses and gave us refills. Food was almost immediately brought out when we asked for it all to go. Well probably never return. I've been here one other time, during the lunch hour. Service was not nearly so bad and the food came out quickly. Prices were reasonable and portions were generous, but we ate at home, not in the restaurant.
We visited Wichita for a week for a business trip, and Gangnam Korean grill restaurant was our first stop for dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious and we decided to go back for another round. It is very busy, but the employees try their best to sit everyone quickly.
Service was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was delicous. Kimchi stew is the real deal. It tastes like my mom's. Side dishes are delicious and plenty. The Tteok-bokki was too mushy and tasted like it had been re-heated in the microwave. Overall, 4 stars.
Great place with amazing food, if you like Korean BBQ or want to try it I would recommend. Good service food is very tasty and they have a great variety to choose from. Only turn off may be the price point however this is a very nice restaurant so be expecting to get what you pay for even if your paying in the 30-50$ range per person the price is worth it. I love taking friends from out of town here. Also a great place to celibate import events with friends or to take a S/O for date night. All around would recommend
Overall I really enjoy the food. Hence the reason my wife and I have been there multiple times. Unfortunately the service is most definitely sub par. Everyone is always friendly but they just don’t seem to know how to service their patrons. The place is not expensive, but pricey enough to expect better service. I honestly believe that it’s a management problem. The wait staff is friendly but not sufficiently trained.
We did the cook your own meat table. It was a lot of fun, and fairly simple to do. We did course C, and had plenty of food for 7 people. The food had plenty of fun items to eat.Very good flavor, and we truly enjoyed the Korean options.
Great Korean bbq. Lots of food. The lunch daikon soup is amazing! Service is very good. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend this place.
Great authentic restaurant in wichita. The foods are always on point, service is great. They get pretty busy in the evening and they don’t take reservations on weekend evenings either. Totally recommend trying the bbq here. Always love coming here whenever I’m in town
Best Korean BBQ in Wichita (I think)! All the meats served were very flavourful and service staff were very helpful too
