Typical Freddie's experience. Good burgers, great fries. Great custard. They were offering free mini custards to teachers for a couple days when I was there.
Burger is great the fries are a bit weird! Feel like i should just smash them all in the palm of my hand and eat it like a snowball!
Just came from there, simple order and was communicated clearly. Food was cold, they didn't give us my 4 children's meals or the full Suze bottles of seasons and fri sauce so sent my husband to get our missing food and the manager screamed at him for wanting what we didn't receive and payed for. Still didn't get the sauce or seasoning. Won't eat here again.
I love Freddy's! My go to is the #1 lettuce wrap, no cheese. The lettuce wrap today was horribly wrapped and nearly impossible to handle to eat. ?. It was a mess. Everything tasted good, my daughter loved her lunch, the place was clean, and the people were kind. Please go back to the old wrap, or fix the "new way" so it's actually an improvement... Can't eat wheat, the best fast food option is your wrap. Don't ruin it, please!
I had a delivery order from doordash and they messed up every item in the order. It was as if they intentionally made everything wrong. Doordash got it right, but when I called Freddy's to bring this to their attention, River or Raven, lied to me and said they would make it right and send me some meal vouchers. That never happened. Will not be going to this place that hires liars.
I ordered two large fries and this is what they gave me. Clearly the bottom of the tray of fries as they didn’t want to cook more so they gave me the leftover stale ones to get rid of them. They were soggy and greasy. They didn’t even fill up the second cup halfway. There’s so much grease on these it stained the cup and you can see how wet the cup is from it.
It was ok. Food was good, floors and tables were kinda dirty... but they do have the best ice cream!!
Horribly overcooked, my teeth hurt from the char off the patty. Meat was sparse and the whole sandwich looked like it was put under a hydraulic press. I know it's all visual stuff to make the sandwich look bigger but it's just sad.
It took half an hour for me to get my food after I had to ask for it. I even showed up before the rush so they were not too busy. It was still good, just poor service.
Love some Freddys. Haven't had it in a couple years due to me living in Germany. First place I went to upon returning. Love the burgers and fries. I rarely the custard, but when I do, its always food. I'll always return. Great customer service. No issues
