Wish I could put no stars, the girl at the counter with the buzz cut was very rude, Wichita had a water contamination and had to cut the water pff o get that but to be rude and not allow us toGet a drink before she turned the machine off and had us pay more for a bottle drink, also the guy at the register was trying to sell us t mobile service… another customer got up to get ice and I didn’t tell her anything, my bf goes to get ice and she was being very rude and told him he was not allowed to and got an attitude about it but didn’t say anything g to the lady who went literally 2 seconds before him, very disappointed in the customer service, will not be returning anytime soon ln
Best sub sandwich in Wichita! Finally tried this place and had the hook and ladder as well as other sandwiches for coworkers. Absolutely delicious! Everyone loved them!
Great food and the employees are friendly. Try to eat there at least once a week. Also the owners are top notch. They have helped feed the Wichita Fire Dept at theirexpense and immediately after the Andover Tornado last week, they made, delivered, and fed the first responders. I highly recommend this sandwich shop
Hadn't been here in yrs but grandson wanted, so we 'dashed' an order. VERY TASTY!! We were very pleased with the food. Only bad thing... couldn't enter the sweepstakes because there's no code on 'third party ' receipt or none inside! We will enjoy again!!
Put NO Onions in the app. Ticket attached to delivery bag said NO ONIONS. Onions all over my sandwich. Thankfully no allergy I guess. Third time my order was wrong at this location. Why is paying attention to detail so hard? Why is reading a ticket for custom changes printed in bold a difficult task?

Store was very clean, was welcomed at the door, and the staff made my difficult sandwich perfect. DoorDash messed up the order(the usual) so I just told the staff what I wanted and they made it fast and accurate. Specifically the older gentleman working was very helpful. 10/10 would go again.
It’s 8:50pm and both doors are locked. Hours posted say the store is open tell 9pm. My daughter really wanted firehouse, but I guess you better show up an hour before they close. Who knows what time they really locked the doors. Then I had a employee who opened the door for a customer we who ordered to-go let me know they’ll close the doors when they feel like it.I feel bad for the owner. I bet he doesn’t know his employees do that. Hard to find good help now days. I will not be back to this location
First time we came here we walked right out. The cost was more than we wanted to spend.Today, we decided to try it. Dang it, we should have tried it the very first time we entered!! Our end cost was cheaper than we expected and filled our bellies properly.They were training so our order was messed up but the staff promptly caught on and resolved it on their own without us informing them. Trainee was apologetic, having worked in fast food/restaurants I totally get it, no harm no foul, she owned up to it, learn from our mistakes, right?Man, I ordered the Italian and that was friggin DELICIOUS! Definitely better than Subway or pizza hut's versions of the same thingThe sub was very flavorful and not over stuffed. My wife finished her sub before I did, she really enjoyed hers.The atmosphere was good, clean and spacious.Will definitely be eating here again.
