Used to be a good location that cared about quality. Now its is slow and sloppy sandwiches.
Is overpriced and you do not get to pick your own toppings. The sandwich was fine but there are better options really close to it.
Says they do curbside pick up online. When I called the lady said they could and I was very specific that I was wanting curb side pick up. I called back after looking over the menu and that second different lady who answered so no they don’t do curbside pick up and you have to come in to pick up. If they do not offer this they need to remove it from their site! Also please educate all your staff on what you do and don’t allow. I can’t physically come in to order or pick up so this was extremely frustrating as why I’m leaving this review
I love firehouse subs, but this location had rude service. I’d rather drive a few extra minutes to go to a location with friendlier workers.
I’ll start with the soda machine being broke along with the ice and water machine. The only option was room temperature tea. Add that with the fact that the staff were a disaster. The cashier with pink and green hair in a pony tail that went on the front of her face acted like she had no clue what she was doing and had to repeat myself multiple times. The girl making our food had multi color glasses and a choker that screamed “I need attention” while taking a little over 15 min to make two sandwiches. I used to love this location but clearly pride of ownership and hiring people that cared what the looked like is not a priority anymore.
Well, unfortunately you did not.... the visit yesterday was horrible, staff, unfriendly didn't care to ask if my wife wanted it toasted just assumed, then had the gull to cut her off when she wanted to tell her how she wanted it and said she was taking my order, she was annoyed by us not wanting it the way the board said. The tuna on my wife's sub was thinner than the cheese, she asked for mayonnaise on it we could not see that it was added.. we will never go to the ridge location again.
This location is going down hill. normally I love firehouse but both west side locations are getting slower and slower. at the ridge store we received our sandwiches after 20 mins and they were messed up. only one person making sandwiches and one standing watching TV. Not very good team work or customer service.
Awesome and very friendly place to eat. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Great atmosphere and really great hot subs.
I saw the review of the subs being soggy and didn’t believe it at first. I’ve had Firehouse Subs before and loved it. I assumed the person who wrote that must have waited too long to eat after it was made or ordered it with dressings. HOWEVER, I should have take the advice. I got the New Yorker (which I thought was the brisket and cheddar since that is by far the best sub they offer). I was already bummed that I ordered the wrong sub, but then when I bit into it nearly immediately after it was made, I spit it right out. It was the soggiest mess of a sub. I was blown away. I ordered with no dressing to avoid this issue. I stuck it in the fridge and immediately ordered from another restaurant. I total waste of money. I may pull the meat out to eat on some different bread, but come on, build the sandwich right and this will NOT happen. You don’t put tomatoes directly on bread. That’s like sandwich 101. What the heck? Put cheese or and meat on the bread, veggies in the middle. Oh my… what a joke.
