An average dining experience. Limited menu, average food. Nothing to write home about.
Service was TOP NOTCH! Had a business dinner for 8 people, food came out timely, servers were very attentive and responsive. The food....for the price needs some TLC, ordered the Lobster Queso appetizer, it came out cold (according to the group), said something to the server they brought it back to the kitchen to correct. One guest ordered filet and shrimp, the shrimp was cold, informed the server and again they did correct the error. For the prices, food items should not have to be sent back on two different dishes being cold, not even warm...cold. The servers made the night awesome!
Amazing serving, they went out of their way to make us feel valued for our anniversary. The meal was delicious!! Our service was excellent, Cecil should be commended!!!
Overall experience was great. Alanna (may be spelling her name wrong) was our server yesterday and she did a great job!
After we ordered our steaks waiter came back and told us no baked potatoes. Reluctantly ended up ordering AuGratin tasted bad-Husband didn't eat it. (told waiter) I reluctantly ordered french fries. They came out luke warm/cold so sent them back Was then told they had baked potatoes after husband was done eating. Water wasn't refilled until after husband was done. The waiter knew we wasn't happy. We've always had good service and food there and the manager always checked on us. When you have a steak special 2 filets for $49.95 you should have bake potatoes available.
Our server was excellent. The host stand seemed really disorganized and didn't quite know what was going on.
Took over 30 minutes for our table to get all of our drinks. Food was brought out in random order. Server took drink while someone was in the restroom - they werenât finished with it, while taking said drink they spilled it on the floor, chair and table. We mentioned he was not finished with it and she offered to bring it back. Lol food was meh. Pasta was over cooked and not how it normally is.
The air conditioning must have been broken. It was extremely Hot very uncomfortable for a Tuesday night. Our appetizers of Deviled eggs arrived without the bacon on top. The servers were sweating bullets with not enough help. I Wish I would have known before taking our party of 6 there last night.
We ordered the NY strip special. It was excellent dinning in and as leftovers for dinner the next day. The portions were generous, the prep and presentation excellent as was the service.
Steak was great! It is a big place so it is not intimately quiet. The high booths do give you some privacy for a nice dinner out. Wish my steak dinner included a salad.
