The service is amazing and the staff is always very friendly. The older gentleman that is the manager is always happy to see you walk in the door. Makes you feel really welcomed and brings your food to the table and puts fresh grated cheese on it for you. The service for a fast food restaurant is above and beyond and would recommend you stop in and have a great meal and experience.
This place is a definite favorite for my family and I! Ahmed has always been there when we go and greets us with a smile. He is very polite and professional. Our food always comes quickly and is tastes amazing! The restaurant is always clean and the drink station is never sticky and is always well stocked. You will not be disappointed eating here!
Took my family for lunch a few weeks ago! Super clean restaurant. Ahmed was an awesome host! Food was great like always......you could tell the employees enjoy their jobs and take pride in the product. Great experience, we will be back Ahmed!

Fazoli's is the best place for fast and delicious Italian food! The food comes out in a timely manner and you get fantastic breadsticks to munch on while you wait. The service at North Rock Road is phenomenal! We have never had a bad experience. Ahmed is AMAZING with all the customers and always makes us feel welcome! The restaurant is always kept very clean as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant, at this location to everyone!
Better than Olive Garden for half the price and a fraction of the wait time. The people here clearly care about your experience as a customer and it shows. The food was delicious, restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond. Definitely one of our new favorites!

My mate & I love Fazoli's on North Rock Road in Wichita, Ks. The food & service are always great ! Just today Ahmed welcomed us with such a vibrant greeting, shared a little enjoyable conversation, & made sure our dining experience was pleasant from the first greeting coming in the door to the warm wishes & gratitude upon leaving. Always a great dining experience there.
I have always loved fazolis, and my timeline can prove it :-). While traveling to visit family for the holidays, we had to stop on our roadtrip for at least some delicious breadsticks. Customer service was a touch above with them even putting parm cheese on the top when serving your dishes. Food was great, expect for the ziti on my combo platter. I highly recommend this place!!
The bread sticks were amazing, the fettuccine noodles cooked perfectly. Plus save room for dessert.
