Laura is kinda rude, could not hear them on the speaker and they acted like it was my issue not theirs! Had I not had a gift card and another persons order and already on this side of town I would of went out east! If you don't like your job find a new one! Don't be rude to customers! The manager seemed like it was my issue they sounded miles away as well! If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm actually offended by the level of service
Our first visit and it was a great one! Our meals could have been a little warmer as our food was lukewarm. We enjoyed the breadsticks. I also appreciated the Mr. Pibb — such a hard soda to find in restaurants nowadays! Great staff.
If you like olive garden you will love Fazoli's. The bread sticks are to die for. I had the baked lasagna and my wife had the chicken fettuccine. It satisfied my craving for carbs. I even had the fettuccine for lunch the next day. Will be going back for some more.
Paid for extra breadsticks and they are all so hard so not able to eat them. Gross. Always came here for bread but I guess now they just give you burnt bread sticks lol
You'll love Fazoli's if you love Italian food.Their sampler is my favorite. I was able to try three dishes in one. My daughter absolutely loves their never ending breadsticks. One of our favorite places for quick delicious food.
Waited in line for 25 min. They forgot the chicken in my 2 orders of loaded fettuccine alfrado**edit: the company quickly responded and sent us vouchers for 2 free meals. I appreciate the quick response and the fix.
honestly, I used to like fazoli’s. now? the service is rude, the food came out almost all cold. it’s never busy and there’s at least 6 employees here. waited for over 10 minutes to get my order taken while many employees watched us who were doing nothing, and when the brought out the food they forgot part of our order to which we had to ask for. when they finally brought that out. it was ALSO cold. i don’t recommend this place anymore.
My husband and I went into Fazolis last night and had two separate orders. We walked in and there were four people up front all talking to the kitchen staff. One appeared to be the manager as he was calling shots. We had two or three employees make sure contact, yet it took nearly 10 minutes for anyone to get to register to take my order. I will have to admit it was not great and maybe just good? I was shocked at how poor the upkeep was for the men's rest room! I would compare the condition to that of a restroom at a gas station out in the middle of the country (we have all seen them) the urinal had a thick coating of (let's just say grung) in it and the smell of ammonia made it hard to breathe. The sink had no strainer on it so the water splashed everywhere. The towel dispenser appeared to have batteries that were running down which made it feed very slow. I can go on and on... now the food.... for fast food, it was ok but could have been better. Ok now the parking lot. When you are parked to dine in and are ready to leave, the drive through line of people waiting totally block you in so you can't leave! Needless to say. It is extremely likely that we will NOT ever be going back there again!!!!!!!!
ordered meat sauce on my baked spaghetti, order came out with regular sauce, took it back and asked for remake. they brought my order back with the regular sauce and tried to tell me it was meat sauce...OK there is a big difference between the 2 sauces and I'm not stupid. girl tried to tell me there was just little specks of meat...you would have needed a microscope to find any meat in that sauce....she offered to bring me a side of the meat sauce, I said ok and waited and waited...no sauce, asked another employee to bring me meat sauce and guess what it looked TOTALLY different than what was on my spaghetti and you know why...because it was meat sauce and the sauce that was on my spaghetti was the regular sauce...we are done with that location. will not go back
