The food was okay, not great. We ordered shrimp and scallop chef special, General tso's chicken, and a 6 piece crab ragoon. We got chicken and scallop chef special, sweet and sour chicken, and a 6 piece crab ragoon. The crab ragoon is the only reason I'm willing to give 2 stars. It's pretty standard crab ragoon, nothing fancy, but its still good. The food we got wasn't bad tasting, it was still pretty good, it just wasn't what we ordered. Had I thought about it, I would've checked the bag before we left.
I tried this place just to get a quick bite and to have a similar flavor to my previous experiences in other similar places. I was way off. The taste of the food I order was outstanding. Way way more than the price you pay. The cook was kind and helpful. I never talk to anyone at the restaurant once I'm done but I like the food sooo much that I had to stop by the register again and let them know they were doing a fantastic job. I wish I would have discovered this place before so I could eat here every day and try their entire menu. I tried the noodles with beef. And the crab Rangoon. I already want to go back to Wichita to go there again. Thanks guys.
Decided to try this place on a whim and I will say it was not that great. I got the general chicken with fried rice and beef lo mein. The rice had a funky taste to it so I did not eat much of that. General chicken was nothing spectacular and very similar to sweet and sour chicken. I did enjoy the lo mein and just stuck to eating that as my meal. Menu was very confusing when ordering to go. In all I wouldn’t come back and would not recommend to anyone.
My chicken, egg rolls, and crab ragoons were all burned. I'm not sure how they make there lo mein but I've never seen it look like that before, it was pretty gross as well. The food doesn't look anything like the pics on Google.
The employees are always so nice and helpful, and the food is really delicious. Even when it is busy, they still manage to get the orders out in a timely manner.
Always soooo good!! The hibachi shrimp is our favorite! My youngest is addicted to the dumplings and says the are the best!! Plenty of food, so be prepared to take some home. Leftovers YUM!!
I'm not sure if most of the staff is new, but the service has been worse lately. The food still tastes good. Employees probably just need to be trained a bit better. They're still very nice though.
We have finally given up on Emporers. Every time we call to place an order, we're on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. Then the food is either bad or they forget something. I am aware of the current world situation, but this is just straight up bad service. Tonight we called, was placed on hold. During the 10 min hold, we heard them taking orders for people at the counter, talking, and coughing very loudly. I'm extremely disappointed and Emporers has gone way downhill. Don't waste your time or money.
Cashier was rude, took a while to get my order to realize that the food wasn't to good. Never eating here again that's for sure.
The place smells like food poisoning. Fried rice is greasy. They put mushrooms in it after I asked for none. Salad was old and turning. It was cold and a waste of $12 not like other locations
