Why is the guy who answers the phone at the Ridge location so rude? I think he's also the cook and maybe even the owner!. I must have upset him because I wouldn't order an order of 6 egg rolls when I only wanted 4- (they don't have that option so I ordered 2 orders of 2) and he really has a problem with me doing that. This was the 6th or 7th time I've tried to do it that way and he makes it almost impossible. He jerked up my order and gave me hibachi chicken instead of hibachi shrimp- and it had NO flavor. My egg rolls were fried to a dark brown - and we're way overdone. SO disappointing! Even though it's not as close, I will be going to the Maple Street location from now on because of him!
I hate leaving negative reviews to restaurants, as I know it's someone's money that could be messed with, but I'd hope they read the reviews and adjust some things. We used to eat here regularly, but around 8 months ago something changed. Our total was nearly $70 for a family of 4, but the teriyaki chicken was 6 dime sized pieces of chicken! We gave it one more try,this time the rice was bad tasting and hard in places, my husband's noodles were soggy, and my chicken Was so dry, my dog didn't even want it! =/ please go back to what you were doing in 2019. The food was so much better!

I will never eat here again, the rice was hard the shrimp tasted bitter. it was a waste of money.
Great flavor and ample scallops with green peppers and rice of course.
Every restaurant has their own way of cooking, but I will not visit this place again. I wasn’t impressed with the food. Had the broccoli beef and fried rice. The broccoli is not suppose to be soggy, food didn’t have much flavor.
The food was ✨ scrumptious ✨ unlike the girl, (who gave me the food & took my order)‘s attitude and lack of personality.
