Terrible, dirty, limited selection, they wait until after you have paid to tell you they sold out, coffee was terrible, manager is LAZY! Not ever stopping at this location again. And...trash overflowing outside. Gross!
This is probably the best Dunkin in the county. Maria is the best. Always friendly and from what I saw this morning, she knows how to run a team.
Who doesn't love a good donut? Staff was friendly, place looked like it was in the middle of being cleaned so I give the benefit of the doubt on the last visit.
Where do I start? There was not a lot people in drive thru so, I decided to go inside. The cashier counter person was very nice but... everything started to go down the hill from there. An order, drive thru or not, that should have taken 5 minutes max, ended up taking 15 min plus. I was adamant going there again because they can never ever get my orders right but I decided to give them a shot. The same story, "Well... I'm sorry... there's a lot of people in the drive thru...!" which it was not true. One employee was taking her apron off to take a restroom brake while another was "knitting" yes... knitting in a chair and another just sitting there against the wall. Soon I understood while it was taking so long. I requested a refund so I could get out and still... "The manager has to do it and she's with the headphones right now!" So, that ordeal took a while to be solved and I was already late to work. Finally, the manager came in and never apologized. The cashier said, "we're giving you the refund but you still can take your food!" I walked away leaving everything behind to never ever return. Hold on... I might return there because, instead of depositing the $6.96 I spent, the manager charged me again another $5.35! They should be glad I gave one star!
Very friendly and great service even if you may have to wait a short while for large order its worth it! I have to add that you may want to check your order before you leave because sometimes they make mistakes like giving half of the sandwich lol but still great!
I eat here regularly. They consistently have fast friendly service and anytime they mess up on my order they always make it right. This place is very well ran!
If you go in the mornings don't use the drive through. Going in will decrease stress's load on the workers and you won't BLOCK PEOPLE IN THEIR PARKING SPACES, YOU ANIMALS.
I ordered a frozen chocolate… look at the bottom it’s ALL chocolate syrup ? normally I get that at Dunkin’ but this time was awful as we can see in the photo. It looks nothing like it normally does either. Over $5 for this?
More often than not my order is made right if not better than all the other Dunkins in the area, still a hit or miss and the people that work there aren’t always the warmest. Most often it is great though!
They got our order wrong and then got mad bc we didn’t want what they had made us, said we could keep it then snatched it back when they gave us the right drink. Felt like they prolly spit in our drinks.
