I love all of the shops but I will always go out of my way for Downtown Nutrition! I cannot say enough good things about their weekday staff! They make my mornings soo much better by being super friendly, efficient, and making the best tasting teas. They also have a great menu and are always making amazing tea specials that keep me happy, as I love variety. They make it the obvious choice for my morning tea. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

Out of all the nutrition shops I have been to, this one is my favorite. Best tea menu options and so many shakes to choose from. I wish there was more parking though! Haha
