This is pretty much the worst store to go to EVER if you want anything special done to your pizza. Literally the last 3 orders in a row I've asked for extra sauce and for it to be cut pie style instead of in squares. And of course it came out cut in squares with barely any sauce. eff that place

People are great but I found a piece of bacon in my pizza. I'm vegetarian so that ruined my pizza. It was too rainy to go back when I noticed it.

My husband was working late, so I decided to order pasta. I placed the order online to be delivered at 9:30, when my husband would get home. My husband was home at 9:30 and I received a phone call from Domino's stating they were out of pasta. Needless to say I was pretty upset that they didn't notify me sooner. The man that called me said he could still get some food out for me, so I ordered pizza instead. He, I didn't get his name, said he would add a credit to my account for the inconvenience...this was May 3rd. So, today, May 14th, we decided to use this credit to order dinner. I didn't see it online, so I called the store. The man I spoke to said he didn't know anything and that this was his first day back after being gone for awhile. He kept telling me this over and over. When I asked to speak with the manager he said no, he is on the line now and call back in a few minutes. I told him no, I want to speak to him now...he hung up on me. I called back and another man answered and basically said nothing in regards to the credit, advised me this call is being recorded and I could call the corporate office, even asked me if I needed the number. Mind you, he did this in a patronizing tone. Nobody cared or even tried to help, while others on the back were laughing.This is not professionalism or how to treat good customers. We ordered from Pizza Hut tonight and will never order from Domino's again.

I experienced some of the absolute worst professionalism and customer service this evening. I had initially called and ordered, trying to use a coupon code that was emailed to me. The woman who answered the phone didn’t know how to input it but I could hear another employee in the back rudely yelling that I can’t use the coupon because it is online only. I explained that I had tried to order online but the system wouldn’t let me order. I kept getting rude feedback from some employee in the back. I told them to go ahead and cancel the order and I would wait to order online (since they were putting forth no effort to help me). After about an hour(!) of trying to order online, my husband immediately called to make a small change to the order placed (a change that the online system wouldn’t allow us to make). Someone answered, then set the phone down. We could hear people talking/laughing in the back and we kept asking “hello?” but never got an answer. After 4-5min of this, we called again and made the request. The person said “your pizza was just put in the oven. There’s nothing we can do now”. We explained that we tried to call before the pizza was put in the oven, but someone answered then put the phone down. They irritatedly said there’s still nothing they can do. At this point we cancelled our order. Despite spending about an hour and a half trying to make this order, it wasn’t worth it. I’m just so frustrated by this whole experience. So many things went wrong. I very very rarely make negative reviews but I draw the line at unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful employees amidst their own wrongdoing.

Bad ordering experience. Waited for 15 mins after order was prepared because employee was deaf with do-not care attitude.

It was pretty good so far I ordered a large 1 topper $9.99.
