I feel like sometimes the customer service is a coin flip, the lines are often times long and the move very slow, but they rarely get my orders wrong, and the food is always hot and fresh.

The hot dog buns are half the size they used to be, and tough as shoe leather. They used to be good.
The food was just okay and our family won't go back because we were not impressed with the food and very young kids were working and cooking. Didn't see a adult around.
