The Wagyu burger with shallot jam is no joke. Paired with the truffle fries and non-domestic draft selection was something I didn’t expect in the middle of Kansas =) great service and delicious food. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
Absolutely delicious! We had to wait about 30 minutes but it was Saturday night so not a big deal. We had 2 bacon mushroom Swiss burgers and a spicy burger (sorry forgot proper name). We also got duck fat fries, fire fries and truffle fries. Everything was fabulous and Jenna just added to our experience. She did a fantastic job and her recommendations were perfect. We will be recommending Dempsey’s to any and everyone going to Wichita. Thank you Jenna and Dempsey’s Burger Pub!
Absolutely love this place. We stumbled upon it accidentally one day and figured we'd give it a try. We were so pleased we did. The hamburgers are amazing. So flavorful and juicy. The truffle fries are even better. The atmosphere is very laid back as most pubs tend to be. I would and have recommended this place if you want to have some great burgers and fries. This is the best burger I have ever had.I eat burgers, I make burgers, I research and study burger science and history. I find burger places and see what they and their respective cities have to offer. I have run the gauntlet of burger places in Wichita. I have had the top contestants for the *greatest burger in NYC*They have all paled in comparison to Dempsey's. It sounds ridiculous. We never assume that plain old Wichita will have something at the level I'm talking about. Believe it. Anyone who disagrees legitimately doesn't know what they're talking about. It is confusing how good the burgers are here.Beyond that, the fries are awesome with or without sauces. But the cherry on top is the Truffle Cream sauce. It is my favorite condiment I have ever had, and every time I leave Dempsey's I am a second away from stopping, ordering another side of fries so I can dip them in that sauce.Never change, Dempsey's. Never change.Except maybe put the garden on top of the patty and not below.

Very good burgers and rich flavors. Atmosphere is great - warm and inviting. Recommend getting burgers medium well versus well done.
