First time in Wichita and decided to try Kansas BBQ. This place was close to my hotel so I thought to give it a try.Ribs were dry rubbed. Not sweet and not spicy but they were good. I prefer my ribs with just dry rub so I appreciated that. They were the right tenderness, not falling off the bone like most people think they should be.The brisket was tender and flavorful. Not a heavy pepper taste like you get with TX BBQ. I prefer mine with more pepper but his was still pretty goodThe smoked Mac and cheese was just Meh to me. The baked beans were different from what I’m used to. The sauce is thin and running, not thick and savory. They used a few different types of beans as well. Overall I thought the beans were good.Their teas were different too. I’ve never had sweet tea that was made from black tea before. It wasn’t bad though.Overall the food and service was good. No real complaints and I would eat here again if I were in the area.
WOW! Delano's BBQ is amazing. I came here at the recommendation of a client and I am absolutely amazed at how good this food is - and the price is extremely reasonable for the food provided.Today I had a 4 rib plate and it absolutely blew me away. It's hard to explain just how good these ribs are, but they're smoked to the perfect level of doneness and are super moist. You can almost peel it apart with a fork and it has a wonderful, mildly peppery bark. When I combined it with the mild BBQ sauce I found something that's simply divine.My only sadness comes from the fact that I'm traveling here for work and won't be able to eat here again any time in the near future. That being said, I'm definitely considering taking a road trip vacation back to Wichita simply to get my hands at Delano's BBQ again. It's that good.
this place always smells geeat and tastes better they definitely know their bbq i have always had excellent customer service here weather it be working at doordash delivering for someone else or eating there myself i have always enjoyed the experience and i would like to give a special thanks to cody for recommending different things to try that i wouldnt have otherwise.
Absolutely love this place. The chicken and pulled pork are amazing. They also have some of the best ranch for their salads.Update: Whole I love the food, the last two times I've been in they have forgotten parts of my order. I did call and they are refunding the price of the meal they forgot part of Andi great appreciate that part. Still without my food for lunch though since it was the dressing for my salad.
First time I have been here and I must say it will definitely not be the last! Awesome food! I had the brisket and ribs and both were unbelievably flavorful and tender and juicy! Made me wanna slap my momma!!! Seriously check this one out, if you haven't already, and if you're looking for the best BBQ in Wichita; DBC is where it's at!!
I thought the menu was a short. I liked the chopped brisket but get some bread and pickles to put it on. I also had the turkey; it was tasty and large. I enjoyed the dill potato salad; buy extra for home. I will return.

It was such a nice day, ate outside. About few days before this snow and cold. I've enjoyed my food both times I've been here. People are friendly and give you time to go over their options. Even delivered food outside. All in all a great place with good food at decent prices.
I think it's the best bbq in Wichita. They're a little pricey but well worth it. They have a good location in Delano and are always clean and pleasant. I totally recommend them to anyone who loves BBQ.
