i came here three times in the past couple months as i go to the mall pretty regularly. this time they were out of the sandwich that i’d usually order, so i ended up getting a chili cheese dog w bacon instead. the bread was super hard and the dog was cold. they seem to be out of food most of the time even though nobody ever seems to order food. my guess is that the hot dog and bread was old. if you want dairy queen just go to one outside the mall. nonetheless my regular sandwich is usually great.
me and my friend wanted to celebrate the last day of sophomore year with some good old dairy queen / ?JULIOIS. we asked for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and they gave me one one but my not MY FRIEND AND SHE WAS UPSET SO SHE TOOK A BUTE OF MINE AND THE LADY didn’t take me card to pay for a really long time and didn’t tell us how to pay and so we were holding up the line becuase she made the food before i swiped my card SO ANGRY GO TO NORI JAPANESE GRILL INSTEAD IF U WANT GOOD CHICKEN
I was in line with my children today and one of the workers said to the line, I'll help whoever's next! A couple went over she served them, we got in line behind them. She yelled, "Ma'am you need to move over to the other line. I was in the other line! I figured she was open. So, I moved over. As soon as I move back over to the other line. A woman already had stepped in line. Then she yells, I can help whoevers next! I told the worker, you just had me move back into the other line. Now, your saying you'll help whoever's next!? We were in line before the other person had go in line! She yells we only have one line! I asked her for her manager and she told me Mary wasn't there today! She's the manager! I asked her for her name! She gave a look and told me her name was Rose! Rose doesn't have any people skills! Nor does she know how to manage a team! If she doesn't like her job she needs to quit! She was rude in unprofessional!
Since this is inside the mall, my expectations were low. Although the service was slow, the ice cream was good. They are stingy with their napkins. You have to ask for them since there are none out in the open.This is an average DQ and gets a middle score.
Our family came to the mall for some fun family time. Our daughter wanted DQ/Orange Julius for dinner. The hours say they close at 9. It was about 15 til 6 when she went to order with my husband. The two ladies were very rude to them and after my daughter told them what she wanted they at first said only hamburger or hot dog, she then tried to order a chili cheese dog said "no food, we close in 5 minutes.That's fine and well if your hours have changed, but please post it and at least be polite about it. Also who closes at 10 til 6? We will no longer give this particular place our business. Hire better employees.

Very disappointed in customer service. Today 8-7-21, I ordered a strawberry orange Julius. The girl at the cash register took my order and told them older Hispanic lady so she could make it. The older lady asked, "you want berry?" I said, " no, I want it strawberry. She was told already in was an orange Julius. I corrected her to strawberry because I thought there might have been a different berry. I got my drink and walked away.After I realized I only got strawberry and no orange, I went back to tell them. The older lady got mad and said, "I asked you if you wanted strawberry." I said, "I told you strawberry in my orange Julius like I ordered. She grumbled and took the drink and poured it down the sink. She started to remake the drink. Slaming everything she touched. She pushed the drink on the counter. I told her thank you and she grumbled again and walked off. I was very polite and calm the whole time. As I walked off I said, "Thanks for being rude."I know what I ordered, but at the same time they never gave me a receipt. Also, they could only take cash, because they said the machine was not working.
It was good but the chicken sandwich could use some better ranch. I loved the strawberry/banana smoothie, our Orange Julius is closed in Hutch so I drove to Wichita.

Those cotton candy blizzards are to die for. Had to go to 4 dairy queens so I waS ecstatic that they weren't sold out of the cotton candy blizzards, like the other ones I hit before.
