We recently used Culinary Catering for an event and were very pleased with their food quality and service! They were very helpful with assisting with the meal planning, quick follow up and the food quality / quantity was perfect! The hostess of our party was so pleased with the service and clean up after the event. Had them cater my daughters wedding on March 20th in Cheney.....and although the food was good, the experience just days before the wedding was extremely disappointing. There was no communication at all once the final payment was made. Attempted to contact them multiple times the week leading up to the wedding, including the day before and day of to confirm arrival time etc. No response whatsoever. No return calls to multiple messages. We were just hoping and praying they showed up. A worry and concern we should not have had to deal with on such a big day. Then to top it off, they didn’t bring any of the Togo containers we paid for. They brought one tin foil pan for the leftover food, and what wouldn’t fit in that they threw in the trash. Then bothered the mother of the bride multiple times during the reception with numerous questions, including asking for tin foil to cover the food with (because they didn’t bring the containers we paid for) to the point she missed half the toast and the cutting of the cake. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
The food was very good and the staff was awesome. They arrived early and immediately got to work. Thank you for making the wedding rehearsal breakfast special.
