Very nice for a BBQ place because it is also a brunch spot. We had Hot Chicken and Waffles with hot hot on the Chicken and their house Bourbon Syrup on top and having family in Nashville I can tell you the Hattie B's has nothing on this place. We had the burnt end appetizer and chose to have it "sticky" and it was fantastic. We decided to carry out some ribs and brisket and had it the following day at home and it was better than any other BBQ in town even a day old and reheated. My wife had a champagne cocktail, I was not drinking but they have a full bar. Can not wait to go back.
The service was outstanding and very personable. I would go back just for that alone, the food is another thing. So, that is why I gave it 2 stars. How do you mess up bacon and waffles?! I have never went to ANY restaurant where I did not at least eat my bacon even if the food was bad! The waffle did not have any flavor and even with the syrup it did not help...the chicken wings did not have any seasoning; and we had to ask for more of the sauce that was on it and that still did not help. The breakfast sausage was pretty good that we 2 more patties and the fruit bowl. However, the excitement we had to go to Crutch for breakfast was really not worth the wait...No, it was to when we had a great interaction with our waitresses! She was awesome! And it is nice inside...So go for the drinks and service!
Jamie was an EXCELLENT, thoughtful server! We had burnt ends, wings, and ribs. All of it was DELICIOUS and we can’t wait to eat through the menu. I had the baked beans, Mac & cheese sides; hubs had the wedge fries & fruit! Hot sides were piping hot, the fruit was fresh and cold. If you decide to go you will not be disappointed.
We love coming here. They have the best food. We ordered the biscuit and gravy, sausage Benedict with a side of Nashville hot chicken. Everything was delicious and our waitress Jayden was super sweet and gave us the best service. We will definitely be back.
Day trip from KC. Found this gem. Brisket Breakfast Quesadilla was fresh, hot, and better than advertised! ZFan was fresh, delicious and oversized. Attention was given to presentation and it showed at the table. The gravy is chuggable. Crutch BBQ is worth the drive and the stop.
Had the burnt end and chicken sandwich. Both were very good with the sandwich topping the burnt ends in the flavor catagory. Service was fast and good. Drinks at the bar were really good. No real complaints just wished the burnt ends were a bit more "burnt" in order to sizzle the fat more.

Can’t put into words how amazing this place is!! The Bloody Mary was a meal in itself. We had an amazing server Melea!! She was very attentive!! We order what our eyes wanted and came home with more leftovers than we could imagine!! It was top notch!! Go see them TODAY!!
Food was delicious! Ribs were amazing and tender. The biscuit side with strawberry jam was tasty too. Service was excellent and Melea was able to answer all of our questions. The bread pudding was the perfect end to our meal. Definitely want to return to try one of their brunch items.
The Burnt Ends & Brisket were both extraordinarily amazing flavor with literally every bite perfectly fork tender and smoked through w a great rub.The sauces stand on their own with a medium pour & authentic bbq flavor.Creamy mac & cheese with a little pull hit the spot and unique red cabbage slaw was tart just right & refreshing.Check out the amazing desserts like the Blondie and Biscuit Bread Pudding ?
