We ordered the creole cheese dip appet6 and it was just okay. Our meals, though, we're very good and our server was excellent.
If you are not going to open on a Sunday, make sure you let customers know. That what web sites and other ways of dealing with the public are all about. Driving cross town after checking everything to make sure you are open is not the way to win customers.
Dempsey Biscuits Co. Brunch was great ??????. Delicious biscuits and gravy and breakfast tacos.
The brisket was very plain and covered in fat it is obvious they did not trim the fat cap. The ribs where tuff and not seasoned well at all. The sides where mediocre at best. The service was very difficult to communicate with and we waited over 45 minutes for them to complete a to go order.i would not recommend this place. In all honesty just go to hog wild it is so much better and if ya want good burnt ends go to jack stacks in K.C. also I said the ribs the ribs weren't seasoned well I never said the ribs wasn't seasoned I should say poorly seasoned and yes the brisket is fatty. I do not like being called a liar and my review is correct. Maybe ya'll was just having a bad day. Prove me wrong.
Not impressed. My son enjoyed the biscuits and gravy for $9. When I think of brunch I think of some eggs bacon hash browns. Not anything we can throw on a biscuit. The menu said “Belgium Waffles”, plural, yet I only got one. I had to ask for syrup 3 times because I like more than a tablespoon of syrup with waffle. My wife’s Breakfast Burrito was just an under seasoned soggy mess. What exactly is the concept here? If you're going to fuse breakfast and bbq then do it correctly. Service sucked. Had to wait 15 mins for a check and when he brought my paid receipt, there was no have a nice day, thanks for coming. Just dropped it and left.Over priced bland food. Denny’s would of been a better option.
good food nice service and environment was nice as well.
Inside the restaurant is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The biscuits are light and fluffy. The burnt ends are flavorful, juicy and wonderfully smoked. The let down is the portions. Not enough gravey on biscuits. Two small pieces of bacon with the meal. But for me it's the one egg thing. Who serves one egg for breakfast? And it's a la carte.
The loaded mac n cheese is absolutely on point! And the cinnamon rolls are sure to be a tasty treat.
Jamie made our first experience a very good one.
I was excited to try eating here. I’ve driven by the building multiple times and the outside looks so elevated and inviting. BOY WAS I LET DOWN!!!! This was hands down the worst food I’ve ever had. Usually if something isn’t exactly my favorite I can still eat it. After a couple bites in I actually felt nauseated. The lack of effort to make the food even remotely acceptable to be charging for it is laughable. I can’t believe this place is still allowed to serve the public. I hope that if nothing else after reading this review you steer very clear of even thinking of eating here.
