Absolutely love Cold Stone but the guy working tonight showed horrible customer service and had a nasty attitude.

This was our first experience and we were very pleased. I don't understand why the ranking is so low unless the west store is not as good as the location we visited on North Rock Road. The young man working when we came in took time to explain the options to us. We were both very pleased with our choices. Our two large servings were huge and took the place of one meal for the day.
The young lady that helped us on 8/26/2021 did an amazing job while being short staffed! The owner and manager should be proud of her. I would hire her in a heartbeat.

No masks. No gloves. Didn't wash hands before serving. 1 girl wiped her nose multiple times and then touched my ice cream. No regard for the safety of customers or themselves.

The employee was rude. Didn’t mean to inconvenience her by ordering ice cream. I visit this location all the time as I work nearby and the service today was really awful.
