The older man working in there seemed irritated. I asked for a kids size portion for my son and he replied “it’s just a scoop of ice cream”. Then I ordered Oreo cream and there were 2 of them and I wasn’t aware. The one he gave me didn’t have Oreos like the one I asked for which was fine but he said “ they’re both Oreo cream I got you”. The tone of his voice was obvious that he was in a bad mood. He shook his head as he walked away at this point I was ready to not spend my money or ever go back in there. Ever

I ordered the strawberry passion cake for my granddaughter's birthday. It was NOT good. If I could post a picture, I would. This cake looked like it had been in the freezer for a year. We didn't remove it from the box until party time, so there wasn't time to get it replaced. I did remove the shriveled strawberries and replaced with fresh ones. I will never order a cake from here again. I sent an email to the corporate office and never heard a thing from anyone. Apparently they don't care. I wish I could upload a picture.
It would get 5 stars besides the fact that the older man that works here is a complete piece of work. Super grouchy, very rude, and very pushy. Just because of that, I will avoid coming here. Sad :/
We were a group of 4. The 1st 3 of us placed our orders but somehow I was overlooked. When I pointed this out I was dealt a dose of attitude. I ordered a simple chocolate shake. It was little more than slightly thickened chocolate milk, made with attitude. Worst shake in my 60 plus years.
I was so excited about my pumpkin Apple Al a cold stone until about my 5th bite in I feel something hard and to my biggest surprise I pulled out a little piece of a chicken bone from my mouth. I swear on everything I love it was a chicken bone! I’m mortified and will never be eating from cold stones ever again! This is so not ok.
Great!! Had banana bread icecream! It was delicious!

The only real problem I have with Cold Stone is that they tend to understaffed during peak hours. By the time I had my five selections given to them the first couple were already starting to melt. Outside of that the food itself is pretty good quality so I always consistently go there if I get a chance while in town
