Pizza is just awesome. Salads let you pick and choose, is always fresh. A little high, but not really, for an all you can eat. I love their dessert pizza and especially their cinnamon rolls. So gooey and good. FRESH!!!
Actually enjoy my visit with my 3 girls tonight. Busy with a lot of bday parties it looked like but we were able to pay and get right in found a spot fairly easy did have to clean our table up a bit. Nothing bad like either. Like I said they were obviously busy from parties. Now its been 4 to 5 years since my last visit and what a difference to me. Food was better tasting and the they kept pumping pizzas out hot and ready. They need to bring back taco pizza and a better variety while having the buffet wasn't shameful bad just needed to kick it up a notch. Cinnamon tolls and brownies on point as always lol. Can't do half stars so im gonna slide it in with four stars out of five. My girls enjoyed and even agreed it has gotten better and they were satisfied and full so they helped with this decision and review lol.
Very open and awsome. Great space to let the kids have fun and enjoy food. Love the grunted win claw machines my kids love knowing they have unlimited retries.
I usually enjoy CiCi's, but today's visit was less than stellar. The food was lukewarm on the buffet, the staff wasn't hospitable, and the one pizza I ordered when I arrived never came. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed.
Pizas are decent and their cheesy bread is good.But the salad tastes old.You get what you pay for.
Store is clean employees are polite then pretty much it's you and stomach filling delight. My little girl and I love the arcade, great for the family and light on the wallet. Definitely the best bang for your buck!
Buffet is OK, not many toppings though. Very basic salad bar, no cheese, bacon, or ham.
Great place to get a quick bite to eat! I arrived at around 11:45 am to eat Lunch. There were already 4-5 other tables of people eating, but the restaurant was still fairly slow. Upon arrival, I waited almost 5 min. at the front door, because there wasn't a cashier. This circumstance delayed me in choosing my food, and being seated.The salad was fresh and tasty, with many choices for salad toppings and dressings. Since there weren't many customers eating, the pizza choices were a little limited (some of the crusts were hard, from sitting so long). Once I'd already eaten, and was on dessert, more fresh pizza selections were set out. I believe it's because more customers were arriving. I only stayed about 25-30 min. As I was leaving many more customers were eating, so additional pizza was set-out.
My family loves this place they go at least once a week if not every other week. The same manager has been employed there for over 8 years. I know this because he fed my oldest daughter while she was pregnant with her first one her second one and now with my youngest daughter her first pregnancy and her second pregnancy. It's always great to see his welcoming face and he doesn't know our names but he remembers what my babies order. I believe my baby the oldest boy he will eventually be working at CiCi's cuz he makes us go all the time. Thank you for being on our side of town we enjoy all the food and the employees.
Good selection of food. Fun toys and games for kids. Friendly staff. The manager is really good there. The tables and floors are always a bit sticky or messy, but there are usually larger crowds with a lot of kids there, so it's understandable to a point.
