Water all over the floor , soda area was gross , employees were not friendly at all . Been waiting 15 minutes for our food and they have 5 people back there . I will not come back !!!!
I'm not one to leave a review unless the service is extreme with that being said this only pertains to this establishment address as I have been to others over the years past the staff needs to be retrained in customer service. After I received my order I was shorted several items keep in mind I had the order delivered. When I called them I was rudely treated and told to bring my recite to the location. When I stared to explain I had the order delivered and ask to confirm thats what they wanted I was hung up on. Ok strike one learn some respect not to mention customer service when I arrive I was instantly told that they can refuse service for any reason. Ok strike two. When I asked if they really wanted to go this way they reluctantly gave me what I was missing from my order and told me not to come back no problem there I will never order from this location again as a result of the staff's lack of respect not just me but other customers that had problems with their own orders while I was there
The employees had poor customer service. Most of them had white ear pieces in their ear on one side. I was repetitive asking questions and if they were paying attention instead of listening to headphones I would have had a bad experience. Chicken was awesome not the employees I was very disappointed I even seen the manager with headphones in her ear listening to music.
Never had church's before but I lived it better than Popeyes and KFC. I'll be back for the fresh food and good service.
I went to order some food at Churches on 13th and Oliver and the cashier had head bonnet on his head and was sitting outside smoking and came right in the building from smoking handling the chicken this the most Ghetto fabulous spot I ever seen do better do better that's unsanitary
First experience I had was not great. First star off for how long I had to wait (bout five min) before I started saying "hello?" Second star off because whoever was on the other end was NOT happy that I didn't know that a large fry doesn't come with a chicken sandwich. My bad, I'll make sure to educate myself beforehand. Three stars, because the food was delicious. I do not blame the workers, there are circumstances that I probably don't know about.
The food is really good. Just tired of having to beg for condiments. They should be more willing to offer/sale condiments. It ruins the meal without enough in my opinion.
The staff was working harder than Ive ever seen a staff work in my life. These people really care about their jobs. The managers service was incredible and the food was delicios. Im definitely coming here for chicken from now on.
I bought a 15-piece chicken tender meal and they got the nerves to give me one little white gravy. The same little white gravy they give you on a four piece and I have to pay for an extra one.
Drive thur window need a lot of training. She was giving me the total and I wasn’t finish ordering. And then ask for bbq sauce they gave me hot sauce.
