We went there because I really enjoy their Chicken fried steak got to looking at the new menu it was gone. So I asked our waitress. She came back and said we could order it (until they run out of supplies.)Thank you.
My husband and I had a wonderful visit at this Chili's. Service was great food was awesome our waitress Kristen was top notch.
May the 6th, we placed an order on line and when we arrived, we paid with a gift card for $100.00. Our order cost $57.00 and change and the cashier said the card had no money left on it. I left and thought better of it later and returned to Chili’s. When I asked for the card back, afraid she might have thrown it out, she handed it back with no explanation or apology. A $47.00 tip would have have really been nice. Stealing, hmm!
Our server was phenomenal. She made our dinner an incredible experience. Food was hot, tasty and quick. Thank you, Chilli's!
Chicken Tenders original better than most places. I usually like mom and pop restaurants but it's usually consistent and convenient.
Something happened with our order, a "snafu", that caused every table around ours to receive their food before us, even though our family was there first.I found it interesting that the manager checked with all of the tables around, but skipped us when making sure all was well.Very disappointing.

Food was good. Service good. However, they are restricting how many people are eating due to labor issues.
Very courteous staff, good food, honest mistake from waitress that was not a big deal and we were fine with, but manager came out to insist they compensate for the error in the order. When you mix good food and good staff, I will definitely be returning.
