Ambiance is too good, Staff is very nice and food is good
It was really good food. Service was fast. Waitress was on it the whole time..attentative. The portions are good size. I had the Sante Fe burger. As you can see there were lots of jalapeños.
No staff when we entered building. Waited about 5-10 minutes for someone to show up to seat us. Ordered our drinks right away. Other group that came in after us got their appetizers first. A third group arrived and got their drinks before us. Ordered when waitress came back. Appetizer of chips and salsa came out relatively fast then we went through our drinks before meal came out. My fajitas vegetables were chopped large and not really usable in the small tortillas that were hard. Waitress filled up our drinks once but never returned to ask about our meals so I couldn't ask for new tortillas until she was asking if we wanted to go boxes.. husband and I had our first date at a Chili's so we'll probably never give up the franchise but we'll not be returning to this location.
This is the first time I’ve been to Chili’s in several years. I ordered the sirloin steak with shrimp, both were good. The meal came with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The broccoli was bland and needed to be cooked a little more. I did not care for the potatoes either as they were lukewarm and had a slightly sweet flavor. The service however was excellent. Our server told us she was training, but you never would have guessed it. She was attentive, polite, and did a great job.
Ordered a buffalo salad. Server said good choice except for the cottage cheese? There wasn't cottage cheese listed on menu.Got about 1/4 way thru the wilted salad and found a wadded piece of napkin. Server was like I can get manager. I said no please take off the bill. Never offered to get me something else. I have never been to a Chill s and I won't go back.
I just wanted to give a shout out to this Chili's for doing a great job despite several staff members calling in. Despite being rushed the staff were friendly and professional. Brayden is an amazing server and the food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Good job guys.
Honey chipotle chicken ? crispers, followed by giant hot cookie ? topped with vanilla ice cream ? and fudge… this is the way!
Staff are doing their best but honestly hire more people. Waiting ten minutes to pay cause they are understaffed is unacceptable. Chili's take the upfront labor loss to instill good customer service so people come back otherwise you'll just hemorrhage more customers.
We have been going to this restaurant since it opened and the food quality has been on a downward trend in the last couple of years. We went in today for dinner, food was just barely lukewarm, there were nets flying around, very unpleasant experience. This would be our last visit, another restaurant scratch off the list.
Chili's is a very good place. Food is always hot and fresh. Wait time was about 30 minutes. The guacamole we got tasted ok but just tasted different too. The salsa we got was spicy & did not like it. My chicken crispers were hot and fresh. The loaded mashed potatoes were ok but they weren't very loaded which was disappointing.
