I really don't like giving 5 stars on reviews. But today I have to. They were short staff. Kat did a great job. Making sure we had everything we needed but not just our table, the other customers also. I didn't hear anybody complain about the service or see anybody upset. Great job Kat and her coworkers.
I wasn’t the happiest about my visit to chili’s yesterday. I found a hair in my daughters food and I had to send mine and my moms food back due to is not being cooked to our liking. When my food came back it STILL was not what I asked for. The manager discounted our food but I felt like we should’ve gotten our meal taken care completely due to our troubles ESPECIALLY with having a HAIR in our food, our waitress even owned that it was his hair and put his hair in ponytail. We were told that we couldn’t get our meal for free because the manager had previously discounted a big groups meal that had been served earlier. I don't agree with putting other customers at a disadvantage just because you had helped other customers prior. Own your mistakes and take care of ALL customers the way you should! But I will say the customer service was very good. The managers and server were very nice and polite. But we probably wont be back again.
This was actually my first time at Chili's. It was about what I expected for a chain. It was clean and the food was good. We had the chips and salsa I actually really enjoyed the salsa. All three entrees were fine. Waitress did a good job and prices were commensurate with other chains of this type. All in all, there are lots of better choices, but I would go again if someone else said they wanted to go there.
First time ordering from chili's using door dash, my first bite was horrifying. I understand it's a national holiday but I mean the burger size is so small how do you accomplish borderline raw? I was not on site , so with that being said you always fully cook meat unless consumer request differently. I will be avoiding this location.

They were a little busy so instead of waiting 20-30 minutes we decided to eat in the bar. Our steaks were good but not as good as Morgan, our bartender. He made a routine night at Chili's a fun experience!

Our server was amazing. I wish I had my receipt so I could give a personal shout out. Young guy who had to deal with several adults and several young starving wrestlers! He didn't skip a beat or act overwhelmed. Super impressed. Told his manager as well. Our food wad good too, served our kids first which was nice and ours shortly followed. One meal was missed but we were taken care of. Excellent service and great food!
We had a great outing. Our waitress was very courteous and generous. She was attentive and had an open line of communication letting us know that they were short staffed so our order would be delayed. We usually go to the opposite end of town and visit the Chili's off Greenwich but they were closed due to staff issues. We were appreciative of the waitress hard work and she showed great service capability as well. Overall it was a great visit and we really didn't feel as if they were short staffed but the courtesy of letting us know set the expectation early and we knew ahead of time.
