I received quick and effective service. The cashier, Katelyn, was very nice and had wonderful customer service and communication skills. The food was given to me in fabulous time and was delicious.
The Girl at the drive thru was rude. She told me to not even pay her and pay at the window in a frustrated way, she couldn’t be patient while we looked at the menu. This was my 1st time going there. I pull up to the window and they told me that she shouldn’t have taken my order because they were about to close and had no food left. Very disappointed and upset.
The Egg White Grill Combo with Vanilla Ice Coffee is normally what I Always seem to get. It always comes out Hot & Fresh!!! Appreciate the Chick-fil-A Team at the South Ridge location.
My drive through order was incorrect, so I walked in to get the correct order. This happened 4 TIMES before they finally got my order correct. While I was waiting, I witnessed female staff grabbing each other’s butts while waiting for orders to process through the kitchen. Then when I asked to speak to the manager and complained about the service, she laughed at me and walked away. This whole process took over 20 minutes, which means my husband’s food and my fries were cold. I asked the shift manager how she plans to take corrective action. She gave me 2 cards: one for an entree and one for a side. The problem is that I do not live in the area. I am autistic and can only eat certain foods. Chick fil A is one that I eat regularly. This time, the service COMPLETELY FAILED the name. I am so disappointed in the service I received and how I was treated in this restaurant today.
Had the number 1 chicken sandwich. It was absolutely amazing; crunchy breading on the outside of the chicken and a moist juicy delicious meat inside. The fry's we're cooked to perfection, with a certain crunchy delight, that you could taste in every bit. The servers were bending over backwards to get us anything that they could, and even stopped us before we left to ask if everything was good and if we needed anything else before we hit the hood!!!
Thank you for always offering a great tasting meal! Love your waffle fries, club sandwich, chocolate shake for me while the kiddo loves your grilled chicken bites, Mac n cheese (so do I), and sweet tea. The playground is fun for kiddos too if we have time to dine in. See you soon!!
Good food. Good service. Free refills of dining in. Clean atmosphere. Fresh flowers everywhere. Very friendly staff. Decently priced for the quality of the food. Very fresh tasting food and amazing diet lemonade. So yummy!
The food is great when they have my order right! I come here a lot believing I’m going to get exactly what I wanted, but so many disappointments. Im very big on lettuce so I pay for extra lettuce I put 4-6 pieces on my order but I only end up with one piece or none. Wish cooks would Pay attention more when I’m paying for it. This happened over 12 times in a year and I’m in a hurry or on way to work so can’t turn around
I've never had a bad chickfila experience until now. I ended up waiting 40+ minutes for the order I was picking up. I asked 2 different people on the status of my order and they both said I'll check on it and they never came back. Everyone who was originally there when I got there and before received their orders 30 mins prior to me leaving. I just moved in this area, I'm not sure why I had to wait a tremendous amount of time in comparison to everyone else. I hope someone sees this to address the issue because I honestly felt invisible there. Obviously, I'd rather not come back to this location.
Usually receive excellent service, however the last 3 times coming here the night crew has been very lazy. I came in 30 minutes before close, and waited on one person who was already busy doing other tasks to take my order while 3 other employees just sat talking and watched.
