Husband and I were out running around and I always have to pick. You ladies know what I mean! Of course it was at dinner however it was really fast and nothing was cold or wrong with our food! Only our 2nd time there. I still say that crew working the drive thru I hope drank plenty of water and breaks
Not what it used to be. Came in at 5:00, not too busy, dinning room was gross. Food everywhere and had to SCRUB the sticky off my table. I guess one of the three employees standing at the register doing nothing were unable to clean the dinning room.
Much cleaner taste, better prepared food & better service than all other locations than we have been in Wichita!! Thank you 21st & Maize...we will drive further to get better results from you!!! ?
We usually love chick-fil-a but lately, everytime I get the nuggets they are so tiny. 2 of my 8 nuggets were smaller than a quarter and one was just a tiny fatty gristle covered with breading. They usually through a couple of those tiny peices in with an 8 piece but they counted them in my 8pc. We waited in the drive-thu for about 8 minutes and when we got or bag, the fries were cold. Had to come home and throw them in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
Everytime we come here the food is always fresh, the staff is always kind, and the overall atmosphere is great! We love coming here and love how amazing the service has been. Definitely a God honoring place.
The overall quality of the food was very low. It was edible and properly served in a few short words it is a first and last take out etc. Experience with chic fila. Just had some extra spending money so I gave it a try. Definitely would recommend the business on a expert level of interesting cuisine. Super

Love this place! I know it is in their business model, but it is really nice when employees of an establishment go out of their way to be kind and friendly. It also amazes me how quickly they get masses of people through their drive-thru without serving garbage or screwing up orders. I especially enjoy the spicy chicken deluxe.
Past two times I've been here I've gotten home with soggy fries. I only live five minutes away. Now they're putting the sandwiches in the bags and it's making the buns soggy. The quality of customer service has gone down also. Sandwich is still good.
Very good just make sure you follow the lines to get into the drive-thru LOL. Great place always friendly people come here and eat and say hi to everybody!
