I went here and it was GREAT!I would give it more if I could!!!!Nuggets are flavorful enough on their own, but the sauce is so good. It compliments the salt of the fries which are BOMB and the nuggets! Chicken sandwiches are so good as well! The lemonade is great, sweet tea is spot on, and for a -not-so-bad price!!
It was AWFUL! Ordered through drive-thru. I ordered 2 sandwich meals, (one regular chicken sandwich meal with Mac & cheese and Diet Coke, one deluxe chicken sandwich with no cheese, waffle fries and a Diet Coke.) I also ordered a side of chicken nuggets with 2 different sauces. Order was more than $35. Order was not ready upon arriving at pick-up window. I was asked to pull up to stop sign and wait for food. Then I was asked to pull into a parking spot and wait for food. Food was eventually brought out and I asked if it as all there. I was told yes. After getting home, the regular chicken sandwich was missing. I called the phone number listed for the store and got some jerk in corporate who apologized and said there was nothing he could do except write up a report. Customer service is a lost art.

Never had it before the other day. My Granddaughter insisted we stop (she was on a mission) I just had a plain Ole Chicken on a bun.. Best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. Problem is...now, if I want more, I have to drive at least 2 hours to find that restaurant. Hey " Chick Filet"!Put a restaurant of yours in rural towns of 5500 people, like ours. Everyone from all 4 directions WILL come and eat there, frequently!
It's always a good day after you get off work to go and enjoy a nice juicy chicken sandwich. The staff were very helpful on helping me and my mom with our order. I honestly love Chick-fil-A.
I was not impressed. Chicken was small and thin compared to bun. Food was cold for being fresh. Order taker was very polite and kind. This was our first visit and probably our last.

Didn't get my drinks, was concentrating on getting an extra bag and sauce because food was for two different families. Took food to my sister then realized I didn't have the drinks. The restaurant was packed so had to park far away. Received the drinks but asked if i could get fresh fries. Employee went to ask, then I was told if I brought back the old fries they would replace them. At this point I was frustrated with the whole situation and didn't want to walk back and forth for fresh fries. Just really disappointed.$40.00 for fast food!!
Always ready for friendly Chick-fil-A service and yummy chicken nuggets! By far my fav fast food. The drive thru line is always long, but a short wait. Dine in is fast and efficient with excellent service.
I say this will be my first complaint about Chick-fil-A. I go through the drive-thru in the lines are long but that's to be expected sometimes I place my order I paid for my order when I get under the carport the young lady sitting there I asked her if you can make sure that they bag all those separately she asked for my name to look up the order she can't find my order I have to sit there another 10 minutes for her to search and to let me know that she still can't find my order mind you I've already paid for my order with my card she tells me I'll just have to drive around through the window mind you I have a ton of people behind me already and a ton of people in front of me because I had to sit there for another 10 minutes I get to the window have to replace my order and wait again for my food to come out still not bagged separately
