The service at this restaurant tonight was terrible. We were seated and sat there for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us. I got up and got someone’s attention to get served. Sat another 5 minutes before the waitress took our drink and food orders. Waited for chips and salsa and drinks for another 5 minutes. She only had three tables when we were there. Food came pretty quickly. Asked for more salsa. No salsa brought. Had to get up again and ask for salsa. She is now holding my debit card hostage. I don’t know if management or the owner knows how bad the service here has been recently. They had plenty of staff but they were more interested in cleaning tables than serving the customers they had.
In this review I want to make it as detailed but not long as possible, here we start…Okay so I heard at the end of April, 2021 , you replaced and opened the old Applebees here. Excellent. Customers seem to find this place good. Went here after the nearby Alley. Staff are extremely kind and get orders right. Food quality is not as good however, the drink I got tasted a little bland (which isn’t normal), taco shell also tasted odd. But meat was okay. Order was pretty fast. Anyways I also noticed a lot of trash by the cans that looked old. But very kind. I gave a three stars because I really think you could’ve improved, I hadn’t been here since the west location by the Cracker Barrel one the same day Kobe Bryant died, we hadn’t been here in a long time. Tasted better, but this is still kind of a new location so I understand room for improvement could still be needed. Anyways, thanks to the Carlos O Kelley’s for sponsoring the shockers too! I know you’re from Iowa but we appreciate the amount of kindness over here! Hope you can start cleaning the place up and improving!

Thos new location is fantastic.. Very friendly staff and great food always. I did have to wait a bit to be seated when I first got there. The male bartender and 1 of the servers saw my wife and I standing at the front booth and did not go get anyone or even greet us. That's only reason holding me back from the 5 star.
Walk inside and there was no one at the host desk. I stood there for several minutes having 3 different waiters pass by and was not acknowledged by anyone, even after trying to get someone’s attention. Decided to walk out and go next door to Jose Peppers where I have always had a good experience.
Worst service I’ve had in a while! The manager ended up having to bring us our check so we could leave, because we sat there waiting for refills and our check for OVER 30 minutes, as did her only other table she was “serving”. They should have reassigned her tables if something came up. They weren’t busy, but did have a large group of 10-12 come in about 10 minutes before we left. We wondered why Jose peppers was so packed next door and hardly any customers here. The manager was unapologetic and didn’t seem too concerned. Avoid eating at this location.
Wanted to try the new location. The decor is modern and pleasant. The food was good and the service acceptable. The salsa was exceptional! It wasn't that busy (middle of afternoon) but almost all the tables needed to be cleared...maybe they were working short.
I just ate at the Greenwich location. The restaurant was very clean and modern. More so than the other wichita locations. The service was great too, we were seated immediately as a party of 8. The chips and salsa were provided just moments after sitting. Id highly recommend! The food is always delicious ?
I have went in on Saturday around 3:30. Only couple cars In the parking lot. A quick eat I was thinking before me and the family could go to the movies. I walked in. And there was another family waiting in front of us, annoyed the mother was impatiently flipping her hair as they waited. The server finally came over and said it was going to be a 15 min wait. My wife had asked,( sir why is there a 15 minute wait. There is only two tables taken ). He had said sorry and just walked away Wow. For a newer location. SMH
is a cantina chain serving Tex-mex inspired dishes. I visited there new location on 13th street out by greenwhich. The new location was renovation and very clean! The chips and salsa are delicious! I ordered the fajita steak burrito! It was delicious! It was topped with 2 kinds of enchilada sauce, red and white. This also came with 2 sides which I picked black beans and cilantro lime rice! Big portions too!
