I ordered the falafel sandwich with tabouli to-go. The sandwich was cold. The falafel was stale. The tabouli was made with lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely Trash. I called and the food manager was rude and said that’s how we make the food. $31.08 for trash food. Never again.
Tried the fish on pita bread and cole slaw. The fish sandwich was delicious,, cole slaw a little heavy on the dressing. Hummus was yummy.. Great service. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will visit again in the near future.
We haven't been to Cafe Maurice for well over two years. Very happy to be back as the food was excellent. We had a felafel wrap, chicken shawarma, lentil soup and Cole slaw. However our favorite is the hummus with veggies and tiramisu. The only downside was that our server had the restaurant alone. That being said she did a great job keeping drinks filled and checking on us. The remodel completed during COVID is beautiful. We'll be going back again as Cafe Maurice used to be a favorite introduced to us by a great friend.
The food was good, in fact, the food was very good. A shame about the service. We arrived around 2 pm and the place was definitely not busy, the young ladies up front looked at my wife and I as though they were doing us a favor by even being there. One of the staff was obviously not trained in how to open a bottle and was seen removing the capsule off a bottle WITH HER TEETH! (The wrapper around the top of the bottle is called the capsule) She did not know that either! For the quality of the food, the price is about right. Not expensive, but not cheap, but good food is rarely cheap. It is doubtful we will be back. We are regulars at Meddy's, the staff there are always excited to see return guests. Yes, they recognize us. @Executive Chef Ghassan Srour Do yourself a favor and retain the services of a good performance and evaluation company. Your staff are likely to lose you a lot of business treating people like they do. First impressions are sometimes the last chance you get.
It was our first time there dining in and absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food was Outstanding!!! I highly recommend this unique restaurant and we will definitely be back!!!
Atmosphere and music was great. Service was friendly and efficient and the meal was the best I've had in a long time.
I love this restaurant. I’ve been coming here for over a decade now, and I always order the Maurice’s chicken sandwich. It’s SO GOOD. The only reason I don’t come by more often is because it’s so far away from my house. I try to treat myself if I’m in the area, though!

Chicken Marsala was excellent.Vegetable curry with shrimp was quite good also. Just the right amount of heat.Service was prompt, friendly and professional. The complementary tiramisu was a nice surprise.
I was astonished the first time i walked into the newly remodeled space! Second only to the delicious food! You must dine here! Everything on the menu is superb! We hope our reviews give you an idea of what it is like to live, work, and play in Wichita Kansas!
