Food is always delicious and had great presentation! We love coming here as it's a delight to dinner where it's quiet enough to have conversations. Very safe with Covid.Only downside this time was we were there for lunch(usually do dinner) and new waitress has more training to learn. Hoping she'll follow the lead of other wait staff and learn quickly.
Yum & fancy but I felt comfy in my sweatshirt! Great food & atmosphere in the wichita area and definitely NOT a chain experience. Avoid the chain trap & come here instead. Somewhat limited dinner menu but we'll worth it. I had a steak w veggies & Moscato & baklava & it was so lovely. Everyone seemed to enjoy all their meals. Can't go wrong. Only advice to the restaurant...if the wait staff smoozed me a little more I might have drunk more & eaten more=bigger tip. Definitely no pressure here. :)
Pretty great food and service, but had a weird experience for a party on a night when we were the only patrons in the restaurant- oddly they crammed us all in close together and made it hard for us to be comfortable. Very good food and waiter all the same.
Very nice wine list and the dinner was very good! I had a seafood dish and my spouse had a filet. It was an excellent filet!
Enjoyed a great dinner (salmon special; London Broil) in a nice venue where we were comfortable. Service was quietly efficient.
Made reservations here for the Saturday before Valentine's Day. They had a special menu for the occassion. The food, taste and presentation was outstanding. Our server was very attentive and personable. We look forward to eating here many more times.
Cafe Bel Ami is an absolute Wichita icon! The care they put into your dining experience is felt the moment you walk through the door. The old world ambience fits naturally with the attentive service, and the food is never anything less than decadent. The curated beer and wine list is really well thought out. I especially enjoy the variety of wine splits they have available. Three cheers for the owner. Cafe Abel Ami is a gem, but he’s a crown jewel.
I love Cafe Bel Ami. The ambience is very classy and romantic. Entrees are not exorbitantly priced although the steaks are a bit more as expected. The win was great and server as well. The dessert was delicious.
Wow. I came from out of town and didn’t expect to have this experience for dinner. Knowledgeable staff, excellent food, and management that wants you to have a good experience. Had the Chicken and Shrimp Au Poivre (get it!). Definitely will be back to try other dishes.
The food, service and the atmosphere were impeccable. We felt very comfortable in this establishment. We were in town to see a show and we wanted to have a special dinner beforehand. Cafe Bel Ami did more than impress us. I highly recommend this place!
