Went there earlier for dinner, seated ourselves in the bar section. Which did not appear to be busy. Waitress took our order, and then was apparently to busy to be bothered, and seemed inconvenienced when asked for a straw or anything for that matter. But apparently not to busy to hug and hang out with what I presume was her boyfriend, who showed up shortly after we did at another table. Got our appetizer, the queso and chips, which were tortilla chips and queso in what appeared to be a child's drinking cup, which was cold and had a skin across the top, yum! We tried to ask about our appetizer, but apparently we were interrupting time with the guy who I guess was her boyfriend? As, before we could say anything after getting her attention, she shot us a cold stare and told us, "Your food will be out soon" and went back to being all smiles with her friend. Our food did come, it was gross and over priced. ... If you've read this far, here's my suggestion: Don't go here. There's lots of places around this Buffalo wild wings, there's a Logan's Roadhouse right across the street. We should have gone there. We won't be coming back to this or any other buffalo wild wings ever again.

Price: averageSpeed: above averageHospitality: averageCleanliness: below averageEnvironment: averageFood quality: blandOrdered: fired pickles, 15 boneless wings (1/2 garlic parmesan, 1/2 honey bbq), small fryComments: I didn't even want to take the leftovers home. We were given twice as much watered down ranch than we should ever need if it was good.

My Girl friend and I walked in at 13:30 on Sunday 6/26. We're told 5 minute wait. I surveyed the dining area took a quick count of 6 open tables. Assuming some people were in their cars a 5 minute wait seemed ok. 20 min later we were still waiting, a I had more time to count open tables, 8... 8 open tables the entire time we waited and a party of 2 had to wait 20+ minutes..

Walked in at 430pm and the place was practically empty. Stood at hostess counter for over 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. The guy behind the take out counter never looked up from his phone and multiple wait staff looked at us from across the restaurant with no care. Had been here several times before and always had good service but was very disappointed today. Lots of other options in the area.

Table of 4. Our food came out 1 at a time. 5 mins apart. After 15 mins our final meal came out like this. $70 not well spent.

There was no host at the host stand. Waited for 5 minutes before she showed. The other guests were as confused as I was, because we thought to seat ourselves. The host truthfully was also busing tables.Server came in strong. She showed up promptly, got drinks to us quickly, and got our order in. Where it fell apart, was probably around the time she was getting her dinner in too. I didn’t mind, that she was eating while checking in, but when she was gone for long periods of time, and it was hard to find her to get a refill, to go boxes, or even cashed out, that’s when it became a problem. I was afraid to walk away from the table to let my 4 year old go to the bathroom and come back and find our table cleared. My kid had to wait 10 minutes before I flagged down another server to help. Honestly that just ended up putting anxiety on plate, because she didn’t ring us out, just walked off with my credit card and with 0 clue where or who it was with. Finally my server did come back with my credit card and we were able to leave. The food was okay. The table and menu was dirty. The whole place seemed a little hectic. I asked for a refill on the soda and never got one. Didn’t bother waiting another 10 minutes hoping to finally get that or another to go box. We had cut our losses. We never eat here, so to spend over $40 for the whole “dine in experience”, I felt I could have ate elsewhere.

Went there today with my family it's 5 of us. A family of 6 got sat ahead of us and we where sat at the table next to them. We ordered our food right after they did they got their food and ate. 52 minutes later we still don't have our food. People sat after us are already getting their food. So we tell them to give us our ticket we'll pay for our drinks and appetizer and leave. The waitress brings our ticket and just puts it on the table and walked away. I go to the front to pay and they tell me I have to wait for my waitress to take payment. So I wait but my kids are hungry and are starting to cry. So we walks up to the front counter and tells them that we have to go and whoever needs to just take our payment. We never got and explanation to why our food took so long or an apology.

6 booths open and bussed and they told us 10-15 minite wait than watched them seat 3 couples that walked in After us will NOT be backUpdate for May 4Decided to give Night Shift a shot to see if it was any better. So I ordered wings and fries for carry out. Order said it would be ready at 10:30. Arrived at 10:33. When I got in my truck and open the box everything was stone cold. Will never step foot in the establishment or give them another dollar again.

Won't be going back. Got a call 10 minutes before we were supposed to pick up our order that they were out of onion rings. So my husband got fries instead. Got home, the fries were obviously old and had been sitting out and such a tiny portion size. Atleast compared to the previous times we have been. My potato wedges were a good portion size but so overly cooked I couldn't eat them. So we wasted an order of fries and an order of potato wedges. We did not receive our two orders of ranch or our two orders of carrots. Then realized that we were still charged for onion rings when that is not what we received since they were out of them. Poor service and poor quality. Especially for a Friday night.

Terrible Food! Over Priced!
