I came about 1pm on a Tuesday and sat at the bat for what its worth but my food came out VERY quickly, bartender was on top of things, food tasted as it should, right amount of sauce on the wings and was the correct spice level, nachos had enough toppings etc, only 2 small critiques is that it wasnt as clean as I would have liked to have seen and as usual was pretty chilly in the building. Other than that had a good experience. Service at this one has been the couple of times Ive been here but the good quality is better this time than normal.
Worst experience I've ever had a Buffalo Wild Wings. Order was quoted to be ready about 3:30pm. I arrived around 3:40. They appeared to be short staffed as the host running the front was running around working hard seating guests answering phones and doing take out with no help in sight. After waiting about 15 minutes as there were two other guests ahead of me I got my food and went Home. How you see the food is how I recieved it, rubbery, spongey and definitely was cooked during lunch. To add insult to injury I'm pretty sure that's not 20 Wings. Will definitely travel to Derby or New Market for my chicken nuggets moving forward.
We had a party of 11 past night at 930. The waitress herself was good and attentive, however, they brought out each meal separately. The first person got her food 30 minutes before the last person got their food. The fries were cold and gross. The boneless wings were hard. We had four different servers bring us our food so we didn't know who to complain to. The bathrooms were not that clean either. It was bogo boneless wings so I feel like they knew they were going to be busier so they should have been prepared, plus we called ahead for our party size.
Experience did not start off well when hostess seated people before us after waiting 15 minutes, then looked at us and asked if we needed help. Same person that checked us in when we arrived. Waiter made up for the wait with his great personality.
No salad available food wasn't my type of flavor, chips were good and waitress was pretty decent. 2 of our people received their dinner a good 15 min before everyone else. Food continued to be spontaneous.
Went to have dinner with my boyfriend, it was pretty busy, we got sat down, server took our drink order and gave us some time to decide what we were going to eat, we were ready but our server didn’t seem to even remember we were there, I gave them a couple more minutes to see if they would notice us, didn’t happen, I understand it was busy but even if it’s busy you should at least take the time to check on your customers, i ended up just leaving and getting fast food for dinner. I will never be back to this location, don’t get me wrong I love BWW but I just don’t like to go to a place where I don’t feel like I’m being treated right.
The $75 take out order process via phone was Courteous but incorrect information was given as to when order would be ready.When I arrived at time mentioned, I still waited 25 minutes and was told twice it was being bagged up. Another gentleman had ordered his takeout online and waited as long as I did.The order was incorrect!! I tried the onion rings in the car & they were Cold, I ordered boneless wings and that’s not what we received.
Restaurant was filthy, wings on the floor under our “cleaned table” crumbs and trash scattered around the whole place. Not to mention we payed with a $100 bill, My boyfriend noticed that our server kept a $10 bill and some change without even asking.(he saw it in her hand) but didn’t think anything else of it until he counted back our change. Definitely don’t recommend going here unless you wanna be surrounded by filth and have your money stolen.
I called at 725 and placed my order. 6 piece wing the guy told me 20 mins I arrived 25 mins later long story short at 845 my food still wasn't done how long does it take to cook a 6 piece wing the manager gave me my money back and had the nerve to act like I was wrong for asking for a refund. If it was gonna take an hour and 20 mins to make my food you should have said that and I would have eaten something else. HORRIBLE SERVICE they deserve no stars
The location isn't usually very busy the few times I've gone. The staff we've had have been pretty helpful at this and generally get orders in promptly. They are hurting from staffing shortages like everywhere else, but otherwise BWW generally are found with tables that haven't been cleared off promptly and floors that are somewhat greasy or dirty and this one is no exception. I always come for the wings, and the size of the wings at this location seem to be generously above average. Food comes out hot and drinks don't take too long either unless you go during a game day or order to go. This location is about average for BWW so don't expect excellence.
