This is like my third visit..being a resident of KCMO....Our group has taken a liking to this place..and I was in agreement until the most recent visit left us waiting for our food for up to 45 minutes...And it was not due to the customer who had passed out..and fell to the floor. If we come here again and service turns out bad again...I will never return to this EAT-stablishment again. I lost my appetite ti eat once my food did finally arrive. My grandson who's names sake to the place loved his grilled cheese toast and fries...
It was a disappointing visit this time. The wait wasn't bad, but we had to split our party of 9 into 2 tables even though there were larger tables open and not used during our visit. Our server was nice, but he came to the table 4 times, to take our order, bring drinks, bring food, and bring the check. The wait for our food was long and then half our food was cold. We had to ask another server for boxes. The floors at our tables were pretty dirty as well. The food that was warm was good, but they just put our cold food in the microwave so the plate was hot, but the food never got hot. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing visit.
Drink was great had the tropical martini. Ordered the signature ribeye and ask for medium rare and it was rare that and I'm not too big on sweet things and it was really sweet service was great dude was funny the price of fire fries or whatever they are they were okay they were too much seasoning like they opened up the container and just doused it on there but that's why I only gave it a 2 star

had to go back in for missing food in my to go order. no sauces for any of the meals. ordered spicy fries and got regular. this happens on about every order we get from there. also the Stromboli was cold inside it. probably won't go back.
Good place for a burger. Caught a football game here and was impressed how far my dollar went with 4 people at the table. Good food and beer prices and specials throughout the week. I wish they would extend beyond the bar in which they play the game audio. A little crowded during a playoff game. Otherwise a good place to hang out.
Staff was friendly and the environment was nice. The seating was an issue however. The walls in the dining area we were seated in were actually closed glass garage doors (currently it's winter but they open them in the summer) so it was an little chilly. Great warm food though.
This was my 1st visit & I definitely will be back. Staff was super friendly, excellent service. Delicious food & healthy portion sizes. My spouse had a bacon cheeseburger when he loved & I had the lasagna which was very flavorful.
We knew there would be a wait. We called ahead and asked for two for a table. We got a message that it was ready, they say us at a booth and said they didn't have anything else available. I wasn't comfortable.Table was sticky. We need to get the waiters attention to wipe the table.I ordered a cheese pizza and my friend got the rib eye. His looked good. I'm still waiting for mine because they decided I wanted pepperoni. For heath reasons I can't eat pork.I'm waiting for my pizza to come. My friend is almost done with his $20 steak.This was not a fun time. Glad we didn't order alcohol.Ok. Got my pizza. It's not the best pizza, but it's good. Looking back at the menu, it's stone baked. My head tried thinking brick oven. Not the same.And the manager came by, but I'm still charged full price for this miserable experience.It's been years since I've eaten here. Now I know why.
Host was Britton. Very charming, made sure to check in within an appropriate amount of time on my party. Thought the balsamic dressing looked like gravy, but tasted great. Side salad is pretty good. Think their fire fries taste like the bag of hot fries. Overall, if you are wanting a place that has several televisions for sports, loud atmosphere for drowning out kids, then this is the place to go. Good food, good time.
