Just left Brickhouse 10 min Ago, called when I got inside my car no one answered, are you guys having a bad day? My husband and I only wanted a quick lunch you didn’t seem very busy and we stood waiting to be seated 3 people walked pass they didn’t speak or acknowledged we had walked in, I work in food service as well dealing with numerous of customers, one thing I know is the least you can do is say, Good afternoon welcome….I’ve have never treated anyone like this, I guess we’ll try another day, oh yes and this was at the rock road location!
We (2 adults,2 kids) visited OKC for a short spring break trip and had nothing planned and flew by the seat of our pants. We ended up choosing Bricktown Brewery 1. The menu had so many options 2. We love our adult drinks. This menu had many local beers you can’t find where we’re from and they all sounded refreshing and delicious - they were in fact!We were nothing short of impressed and amazed by it all. Starting with the wait time. It looked super busy but our wait was only 10 minutes. Our waitress (Stephanie) was super friendly, suggested both appetizers and drinks for us, again not disappointed. Both amazing! The food portions were plenty and the wait still not long. None of us could finish our full plate. The atmosphere was very nice and enjoyable. The remaining of our trip we couldn’t stop talking about how good our experience was! We plan to be back! Thank you!
Been here many times. Always enjoyed the experience. Today not that way. Did not have the Brew on tap we normally drink but not that big of a deal. The problem was the service. She was slow and did not come around much. Seemed too busy talking to the other staff. Restaurant was not at all busy while we were there. Thinking we will wait till the staff cycles out before we come back.
The food was great. The server was NOT. She was politely passive aggressive. Ask us to hurry up and order so they could close the kitchen and they were closing early because of the weather.
Visited for the first time and overall had a great experience. The food was good, especially the appetizers! The sweet potato fries were AMAZING. And our server Sierra was a perfect server. Did not have a great experience with their host but the manager made up for the inconvenience. Overall I would definitely come back. Also the dragon mule was a perfect drink
This is one of our favorite places to eat! We have tried everything from blue burger to Cobb salad and chicken pot pies and each dish was fantastic. Our server Ivan was cheerful and helpful. We always look forward to our next visit!
Every time I go here it’s always a good experience. Amazing food and service! ?
Was a great find. They have a great in house beer selection. The food was just a little too bit spicy. Only reason why I can't give it a 5 out 5
I went to Bricktown for my nephew's 14th birthday and we had a fun time. I've been there once and everyone else has never been there so as custom practice I asked the waiter what would they suggest and they gave me a nice list hitting on about every aspect of the menu.I end up getting the BBQ chicken pizza and it was hands down one of the best pizza's I've had in wichita, i was thoroughly impressed. I split that with my nephew who got the Double bricktown burger which it wasn't bad but it wasn't near as impressive as the pizza. I am looking forward to going and checking out the other pizza selections to see if that awesomeness stretches to their other pizzas as well.
It's been quite a few years since our last trip to Bricktown Brewery. I couldn't remember what anything was or tasted like, so it was like going there fot the first time all over again. And it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere, the quality of food, the service. All five stars. A big fancy restaurant feel packed into a small style town eatery. What else could you ask for?
