I went to theBrahms on north rock road in Wichita Ks the drive thru is filthy. I ordered hotcakes and sausage, and a cinnamon roll. Got to work and noticed no sausage no butter and my cinnamon roll is hard and dry. What is wrong with people I was only one in drive thru at 7am in the morning.This is the 2nd location that needs help.

Amazing experience and very affordable. The ice cream was the best I think I've ever ate. Definitely will be back hopefully I can find the locations in other states
Worst service ever I work at joann's next door I only get a 30 min lunch. I went there got in line next in line no one came to the register, someone was helping with ice cream orders. I'm standing there no one said anything to me, so I left with no lunch.havenent eaten anything today so now I'm starving and I have to work tell 7:00pm with no food.

Excellent experience at this Braum's location. The staff were quick and friendly, and the portions were perfect!! Eric is The Man! Bro, I'm telling you. He's was super fast and cheerful and totally made my day! All of the tables were clean and ready to be set at. I definitely think this is the cleanest Braum's restaurant I've been to.
Wow not sure who p$$$$$ in these employees Wheaties this morning but no a one smiled, said thank you or anything. We stood with 4 of them looking at us a good 5 minutes before even being waited on. No ice on the ice machine. Pretty poor service
Braums is such a fun place. Feels very ol timey Americana without being a place hokey (think cracker barrel)Staff were polite and helpful. Fun seeing people of all kinds of ethnic backgrounds and seemingly some different languages going on in the kitchen. Always encouraging seeing employers who are willing to hire anyone of any background.Meals are fairly priced and a good deal. Loved it!
The best milk you'll find in the area, and the ability to get in and out quickly when you're in a hurry make this place a treasure. A bit more expensive than a typical grocery store but the milk lasts well beyond the expiration date if you tend to take a bit longer to use it.
Always enjoy the Braums experience, good food, good service, ice cream never disappoints. I was traveling and the little freshmart made it very convenient to pick up some essentials for the hotel room.
