The wait in drive through was sooo long. It was roughly 5 minutes before making it to the speaker. Then another 8 minutes whiles the system "reset itself". Then we had to wait for our food whiles three cars behind us got theirs before us. The fries were cold and yuck. The chicken sandwiches were cold as well. The cheese wouldn't even melt any. It was the first time I ever had Braums and I probably would never return.
We only buy Braums milk, and love the quality of items available in their market place. The reduction of one star is due to the service. This location doesn't have a dedicated person for the market side, so sometimes you end up standing there waiting for someone to check you out. I wish they had a better system for monitoring to provide quick service when someone needs to check out.
Great place, love the food and ice cream. But they ignore their drive thru. This is not a one time thing, its continually a problem at the Tyler Rd location that they have where you will be sitting as the only person in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes without them even asking for your order! Terrible service and a good way to lose customers. I watched like 4 people leave one day because it had been 15 minutes and the line hadn't moved
You can always count on Braums being consistent. No matter what location or time of day not to mention both kids can get extravagant treats for a great price!
Great food and ice cream. My only complaint is their grocery section. They do not have staff allocated there permanently so when you're ready to check out you must flag down someone behind the counter. I think they could set up a bell or other notification system to alert staff when someone is ready to check out.
I got the crispy chicken sandwich combo with a drink food was really good and fresh. Friendly greater at the door and service!
I ordered a grilled chicken combination. I was given a chicken club sandwich. The chicken was extremely over cooked and dried out. Even with extra mayonnaise on it, it was dry and tasteless. I was sadly disappointed.
This Braums location has such great staff that is knowledgeable and dedicated. They work fast and clean and care. The ice cream is good, especially their cones. I also like their burgers a lot. And the groceries are convenient too.
The lady who works the drive thru in the morning with the tattoos all over her arms consistently gives us bad service. I don't know what her problem is but she has been rude to us three times now! What's up this woman?
I eat there almost everyday cause I love getting a shake instead of a fountain drink
