We were in this Braums on 5/20 @ around 1;30 pm. First let me say our lunch was very good. It took a little bit to arrive but all items were as ordered and hot. However, the restaurant was a wreck. The floors were very dirty with many spills. Many tables had not been cleaned and the soft drink fountain and condiments station was very dirty. Inn addition, the trash recepticle s had all kinds of spills on them. Maybe it's was right after the lunch rush or maybe they are short of help.,
We haven't been to this location in awhile, this eve the bathrooms didn't look like they'd been cleaned in awhile. The area were the drinks and condiments are at was dirty, dried up ketchup and soda along the counter tops. Many tables weren't cleaned, the kitchen area was a mess. In the past this store has always been taken care of, idk if there wasn't enough help to keep or what but I hope they can get back to the nice clean braums we know. Food was ok.
Stopped here on the way home from Belle Plaine. Had a large order..4 children, 3 adults. We went inside to order as we figured it would be easier. The order did not take long. They were very quick and it was completely accurate...no mistakes...
I went in to order sundaes for the family. After he made one I paid and left. Been a customer many years but this was by far the worst experience. I'll still come back I love Braums.
I don't usually get ice cream. So my opinion in this is limited. But everything else is recently what I expect. And that alone keeps me coming back. Reliability as a business model works, and they work it well.
Their coffee mochas ice yogurt ice cream is fabulous, The service is nice but their chicken fingers are dry on this location they really need new milkshakes machines they were not working properly
Must have just been an off day. My bread wS burnt on my bag of burgers after I had to reorder them because the first time they weren't included... still going to come back though, just an off day I suppose.
I like Braums, always will. But my visit tonight was pretty unsatisfying. 27 minutes in a drive-thru is pretty excessive. My food was cold when I received it and only one staff member was courteous. Probably going to try to visit another location or just choose something else for a while.
Got ice cream and as always was very good. They were busy in drive thru & when counter people were done would try and help them with the orders
Great service! The cappuccino chocolate chunk and cherry amaretto ice cream are super yummy.
